The owners are very friendly and helpful and always willing to share advise, if requested. The facility is very clean and the daily breakfasts are excellent. They even made us a yummy takeaway breakfast because we had an early flight out of Bologna. They even had a complimentary excellent pasta lunch with wine, for all their hotel guests to celebrate and acknowledge the upcoming Ironman event and the several guests ( like us) that were actually entered into this event. A short 5 min walk to the seaside and upscale shops and all types of excellent restaurants. Also an easy drive to their town and Cervia and quick access to the highways leading to other major towns/cities.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered with fastest help on any of our questions. We even were offered a ride to train station after we checked-out! The hotel is comfortably located with 5 minute walk to beach and number of restaurants & small grocery shops. Breakfast was served with good variety of options for food and, of course, coffee. Internet (free) was stable, which made it possible to catch work related calls. This is definitely a good stay to repeat in Milano-Marittima area.

The design of our room included a small window in bathroom that leads to... the bathroom of other room. The window is located close to ceiling, so it was not possible to close it because of its location next to ceiling. This meant we (and our neighbors) could hear all the sounds from the room behind the wall.

Nice clean room with balcony, individually cooked eggs, good variety at breakfast. Lovely hosts.easy to work TV! Good lighting. Plenty of storage for clothes. Restaurants and supermarkets handy.2 -3 blocks from beach

This three star hotel deserves five stars for its hospitality. Convenient location for the beach and center with all the shops and entertainment. The staff will offer additional pleasant options that you didn’t expect, help you find the right places, advise what and where is best to find, will understand your situation and make your stay very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helped us very fast :) there is private parking at the hotel :) Location is near center, and a few minutes walk to the beach Breakfast is simple , a lot of sweet cakes, they made fresh eggs for us every morning :) Air conditioning was good , and everything clean Thank you price is top for that what u get
