The location was fantastic, valet parking was very convenient, staff were extremely friendly, spoke great English and wanted to help above and beyond. Bed was enormous and very comfortable! Hotel room was spotless.

Very trivial, but the bathroom sink tap was really annoying and came right to the end of the bowl so splashed loads of water everywhere. Certain parts of the room were tired but completely adequate and clean.

I had the pleasure of staying at Minori Palace, where the service provided by Dominique and his team was truly exceptional. Each morning, we were greeted with a warm smile and kind words, setting a positive tone for the day. Dominique's remarkable memory for faces and numbers was impressive, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience. Before checking out, we exchanged some pleasant words, and I was struck by his kindness and professionalism. His dedication, along with the rest of the hotel staff, made our trip memorable. I wish Dominique and the entire team at Minori Palace the very best of luck. They truly made our stay special.

The hotel was beautiful, well decorated & clean. The room was very well presented. Our window & balcony overlooked a road junction (as well as the mountains!) so we were a little concerned about traffic noise. However, the windows were so good, you couldn’t hear a thing when they were closed. The restaurant area was on the top floor with great views & a lovely rooftop bar area.

Not enough sockets for charging devices.

Clean and clear bedroom with good space. Staff very attentive, polite and supportive. Location is very convenient, close to the small beach, restaurants and small marketplaces.

The bathroom is very tight. Could be better just renovating it since there are enouh space. The breakfast can be improved by adding fresh fruits and cold cuts.

The hotel was in the centre of the town and a 2 minute walk from the beach, but out far enough from the hustle and bustle. The night life was good, plenty of restaurants, market stalls, and ice cream bars. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, loved how the wall in the bathroom was the outside of a cave! Parking facility, which was great, they took care of it all. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

the pull out bed for the kids was not that comfortable.

We stayed here as part of our wedding anniversary tour of the Amalfi coast and were not disappointed. The staff were absolutely brilliant and catered for all our needs during our stay. Alex, Amelia and Andrea were great great hosts on reception, whilst Domenico and the restaurant of the restaurant team made our stay most enjoyable. We would more than recommend staying here. The weather! The rest, was marvellous. In all the years we've been coming to Naples at the end of October, this is the first time we've experienced dull and rainy weather. Nonetheless, the stay at the hotel was great.

The staff was so helpful. The room was spotless. The air conditioning worked well as it was very hot during my visit. The breakfast had great options & was delicious. Side note - don’t overpack. Self service laundry mat next door that was spotless, reasonably priced & easy to use.

Nothing At all.

Centrally located in the middle of the town, a few minutes walk down the restaurants and the beach. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Very clean- cleaners do a fantastic job.

No porter service- we carried our bags to our room ourselves. Poor wifi- we were on the 3rd floor maybe this was a factor, wifi was good in the lobby but kept dropping out in my room. Breakfast needs some more Savoury items- the only Savoury item that didn't contain ham or bacon was scrambled eggs. Hotel offers parking at 20euro a day but most days we were waiting 15-20mins for our car to be brought out of the garage.

Excellent location, staff were awesome! Lady at the front desk arranged my scooter rental, and gentleman there showed me where to park it after hours and took the key for the rental place owner to pick up. Staff at the 4th floor restaurant were great too during breakfast. Clean place and modern facilities.

Ac didn’t cool fast enough

The hotel was the perfect solution for a family vacation in the Amalfi coast region. We didn't want to go to the tourist places and looked for something quiet, Italian and with the option to take a small dog. The rooms were impeccably clean and bright with a large balcony to the front side were you can watch the Dolce Vita life happen in front of your eyes. The service personell were always polite, helpful and available in case of questions. The location is ideal, less than 5 min from the water, in the middle of the old town in Minori and quiet enough for deep sleep. It's a great point to stay and travel around with your car or the nearby bus and ferry station. Would definitely recommend for families.

Nothing to complain. If I had the choice, I would like to have a bigger breakfast selection available as the little buffet is kept rather simple. But given the fact that Italian breakfasts are smaller, it was still ok and fine to fuel for the day.
