It’s everything we expected and more. Once we checked in the friendly staff walked us from the office to the apartment and showed us everything. We stayed in Ponza and there was private and secured parking in the basement that was also connected to the elevator. The balcony had a beautiful view of the inner marina with the sea in the distance. The bottle of welcome wine was a very nice touch! Everything we used in the apartment was working - washing machine, oven, fridge, iron, drying rack. It was very spacious with ample storage furniture, extra pillows and towels. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The pool was closed but we didn’t have time to use it anyway. There were restaurants and bars within the complex, but we only tried out koffee for breakfast which was good value and the staff were friendly.

Wish the mini market was open! The other option was a short drive into town which we didn’t feel like doing so we walked to the mini marts in Cattolica instead which was about 12/13 minutes.

Excellent location in a small, quiet bay. Private beach right outside the windows. On the other side, there is direct access to the pool. The apartments are clean and have two bathrooms. Parking space in the garage is provided, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't use it as we had a minibus, but for small cars, it’s great, especially considering the summer heat.

- The internet worked poorly. - Bed linen and towels are for an additional fee (!!!). - There's a small nightclub in the same building - very noisy on Fridays and Saturdays.

There is a really nice terrace, beautiful area, was call and chill. Nice apartment, with two bedrooms for the family of 5ppl. All the kitchenette were provided with kitchen supplies. Towels and bedding were packed after laundry.

Lack of good knifes. 4 toilet paper rolls are not enough for 5 days for family of 5, also cleaning soaps and washing machine tabs. Narrow shower bin and lack of shelves/hooks in the bathroom.

Amazing location of accommodation. View from the terrace to the harbor. Peaceful environment and nice beaches. Free outdoor pool within the accommodation. Near the Aquarium of Cattolica. The apartment was clean, spacious with a large terrace and two bathrooms. Fully equipped. We really liked it and would like to repeat our stay in the future. Thank you.

Swimming pool was closed. This was disappointing as it was still nice weather and not even the end of September. I had not noticed this at the time of booking and the pool was a, factor in my choosing the apartments.

Nothing critical - the second bed was a folding bed and the mattresses were not at the same height, there was a step, and I have to add electricity is not stable, in the end no problem, nothing happened

Good location, comfortable, clean apartment with all the necessary equipment. Unfortunately for us, we had a sad time in the region due to the floods, but in the end everything ended well. Thanks also to the staff who were very kind and helpful. Although we arrived at a very late hour, we were waited for and taken to the apartment, and upon departure we were allowed to stay longer than the check-out time. It really mattered to us!!! Hope to come again !!!!!!

Travelled to Misano for the MotoGp. The staff at the complex were super friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours, but Greta from the complex met us with keys and let us into the apartment (2 bed, 1 with ensuite), and showed us where everything was, and gave us some pointers as to the local area. V Helpful. Apartment was basic enough, but clean, spacious with a small private garden, with table and chairs, overlooking the Marina, decent kitchen with everything that you would need. Mini Market a 5 min walk away. Several restaurants were dotted around the Marina. The staff gave us 2 bikes for free so we could cycle to the race circuit. Nearby Cattolica is a beautiful lively town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

We were there just out of season, so around the Marina was very quiet, which suited us fine. The complex is just on the edge of Misano, in between Misano and Cattolica so it is probably a 20min walk into the centre of each. (Although the beaches in Misano would only be a 5/10 min walk away. However we just used the electric scooters, which are widely available to get around, so wasnt an issue. But if mobility is an issue you would want to factor that in. Very hard to fault anything, which would really just be nit picking for the sake of it

Beautiful quiet marina setting. South facing view over marina, so sunny all day. 200 to 300m from beach. Lots of places to eat. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, They spoke good English, but were patient while I tried to always speak Italian.

Beds very large but not very comfortable, mattress quite hard and pillows very thin

We like the terrace a lot and its view .Location was perfect and the sea close to portoverde (towards misano) was good for swimming.Staff and people at the shops/cafè have been kind and nice ;)
