Great location easy to find. Staff were brilliant, Alessia on front desk was so lovely, very friendly and helpful. The manager and his wife were very welcoming too. Rooms great, really clean & comfy with great views of the town, recommended a good restaurant - Moldofood 👌🏻. Best bit was incredible underground parking - very secure for motorbikes. Lovely touch in the morning was a package of fruit and water on the bikes from the management wishing us a good trip 😍. Great place to stay for bikers 👍🏻

The Park Hotel has improved considerably since my previous stays. The breakfasts are now much better with a very reasonable selection of foods and drinks. The lady on reception was super friendly, helpful and very nice to talk with. She also looked after our bar needs. Booking.com had failed to process one of our reservation payments and she was very relaxed and happy sorting that out. Rooms are clean and comfy.

Hotel is well situated with good parking available on-site. It is only a pleasant 10 minute walk through the park to the old town centre where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and interesting sights. On arrival we were upgraded to a "town view" room on the rear side which had an impressive view of the town and landscape around it. The room was comfortable and clean. The price was very reasonable and included a typical breakfast. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but the reception kindly lent us an electric kettle to use in our room for this purpose. The TV is limited to local Italian channels, with no satellite or internet options.

Hi, hotel is very great, worker be ready to help. I have problem with parklot on the other hotel beacouse my car had 14 meters along. Worker help me with park this car. Excellent experience, we even received an upgrade of the room from the hotel staff, with a fabulous view over the sweet old town of Mondovi. The hotel serves as a perfect base to explore Mondovi and around the bucolic Piedmont region. If one travels by car, there is a spacious underground parking lot. We also enjoyed the breakfast, I especially liked the famed Mortadella :) and the overall service of the hotel. Thank you and hope to be back soon !

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom surprised us with its size and a window with a view. Balcony was also nice and the view from this room was absolutely beautiful.

The fact that you couldn’t regulate the air conditioning was not ideal and it was a bit noisy.

I booked a single room and was given a double with a super view of the hillside. Room, with its own bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed linen was changed every day.

We booked a basic room but were, without requesting, upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel. We have stayed there frequently and this was well rewarded. Love the people!

What was there to dislike? Nothing!

Clean room with comfortable bed. Central and possibility to park the car in a garage. Ask for a room with a view to the old city. The rooms facing the street are a bit loud. Breakfast Italian standard. Nothing great.

Location, secure parking for the motorbike, cleanliness, easy check in ( thanks to the lovely Danniella on reception 😀), restaurant evening meal, room size, comfy beds and quiet hotel.
