Lovely family run boutique hotel. I enjoyed the staffing team and Sylvia was so helpful and patient. The views are incredible and the location is idyllic. It was peaceful and deeply relaxing.

No issues with the hotel, just taking cabs is uber expensive unfortunately but the hotel got us best options and facilitated best options for food and cabs.

This hotel was beautiful! It has a boutique feel and is right in the Montefalco piazza. Silvia at the desk checked us in and out quickly and gave us helpful suggestions. She even showed me one of the special rooms that they have which was really special. Colazione was beautiful and delicious, great caffe, and cheerful service. Montefalco was our first stop in Italia and I would return if I ever get the chance. I would definitely stay at Palazzo Bontadosi again.

palazzo Bontadosi was a beautiful elegant property, with modern interiors totally sympathetic to the age of the palazzo. I loved the fact it was on the piazza with very easy walking to all restaurants and places of interest . staff were welcoming and friendly, they organised taxi from Foligno station. Interiors were very comfortable and spacious with delicious breakfast.

Being on the piazza of Montefalco was really enjoyable, and the walk from parking was not far at all. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the pastries were very fresh and tasty. The staff was warm and accommodating. My room was quite sizable, which was terrific.

The pillows could have been slightly fluffier, but that just seems more common in Italy and is not a big deal.

Overall, all of our expectations were exceeded from the front desk, breakfast and room service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend the Bontadosi hotel and Spa in Montefalco. Jade and Silva at the front desk to the breakfast staff team all were exceptional. The location is wonderful. Public Parking is easy and close by.

The hotel is located in the main square central to a number of very good restaurants. It is comfortable with good size rooms. The staff are very friendly, efficient and always willing to help. Their recommendations on which other nearby towns to visit was of significant help to us as was there knowledge of the local area.

We could not find anything wrong with this hotel.

A lovely hotel is in a perfect location set in the center of The Palazzo of Montefalco. Outstanding service from a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious! We also dined in the restaurant at the hotel and the dinner was outstanding! So convenient to so many beautiful towns and wineries. An added plus is the spa!!

Excellent hotel well appointed and felt boutique. Staff very attentive and professional. Well located in the main town square with parking close by. Good breakfast and catered for gluten free requirements.

It was a beautiful hotel & room right in the center of town. The room was very spacious (with a gorgeous ceiling) and had a nice view of the valley.
