A beautifully presented b&b, air conditioned with breakfast provided and off-street secure parking. The host was pleasant and the location central to several attractions. A car is essential in this area. We drove to Fumicino in 1 1/4 hours for our flight home.

The bed mattress was soft (collapsing edges) but everything else was great.

Good place to refresh and sleep before continuing our jurney. The room was nice and clean. The owner didn't complicate about our dogs and did her very best to accomodate for vegetarian/vegan breakfast (just bring your own milk). Close by there are also fields where you can go for a walk before siting back in the car.

Some of the darker towels had a smell after getting wet. The white ones were good.

The hospitality of the hostess, the privacy and personal direct access to the house and room, the balcony and bathroom,, excellent water pressure for nice hot shower, and the comfort of the bed and overall cleaniless

Nothing not to like

Fresh, new and well appointed room. We had to leave early so we never tried the breakfast. We appreciated that there was a kettle, tea and coffee and real cups in the room. We had a small dinner from a take-out restaurant which we ate on the terrace. A perfect stop for our last night in Italy.

Nice and quiet location. View on the mountain behind the property. All in all good value for money for an overnight stay
