We had a wonderful stay at Alberto Oasis. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—much appreciated during the warmer days. The neighborhood was peaceful, which made for a restful stay, though it’s worth noting that there aren’t many restaurants or shops open in the evening.

The beds were very hard but that is our only complaint.

The man working at the front desk reception was extremely helpful, helping us to get parking onsite Nextdoor for 10 Euros, and also helping us in and out with our luggage. I think he arranged for us to depart from the garage extra early as we had an early flight to catch too. The room was simple but extremely clean and good value for the rate and a short walk to the beautiful Vomero.

Google Map did not have the exact location for the hotel so I had to ask a passerby where it was (and I was right at it). There could be a larger sign for the hotel.

Complete minimalism and nothing superfluous. The room has a hairdryer. This is not my first stay here, and everything is always fine.

There is no refrigerator in the room.

Very clean room in an older building. Well appointed: comfortable beds. Aircon worked well. Quiet location, not many restaurants within walking distance but we managed. Metro 5/10 mins walk for easy access across Naples.

Towels not changed daily but not a great issue

Quiet and nice place to stay. 6 mins walk from Metro and easy to locate the hotel. The younger reception man can speak good English and was very helpful. He helped us carried our big luggage. There is lift to 1st floor. Clean room with new Air conditioning, it was really great to have good A.C during summer time. Many nice cafe and restaurant around the place. The neighbourhood were very nice and friendly.

There is no kettle provided

Perfectly minimalistic. Nothing excessive and everything is fine. There's wifi and hairdryer. Very beautiful tiles. You may need an adapter for standard appliance plugs.

Really comfy and clean room. Location is not the best, but it is near metro stations and you can easily get anywhere in Naples with a 20 min metro ride. Reception is below average (which doesn't really affect you). Rooms look first class and the isolation is good. Definitely not a 1*.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and in a very convenient location. I appreciate the very colourful tiles. The bathroom is large, the beds very comfortable. I arrived late but the concierge was very kind to wait for me. There is no breakfast or food available at the hotel but there is an impressive choice of bars and bakeries just a few steps away. I definitively recommend this property.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to Line 1 metro station Montedonzelli. Clean room and nice staff. Luggage left for free after check-out.

The staff was really nice, they even printed our plane tickets. The metro is a 5 minute walk away. The neigbourhood is calm an quiet. It is a great value for the money. If you are looking to explore the city and spend little time in the hotel, it is the perfect place to stay.
