Relaxed chic, elegant and full of charm. The staff balance their superb attention making you feel like you’re their best guest ever! The hotel itself is small enough to make you feel it’s almost a bespoke holiday designed for you - even when every room was full we never sensed it. (You won’t need to chase for the best positioned sun lounger round the beautiful pool set in the most delightful gardens as there are enough for everyone ) The hotel is an extremely old palace beautifully converted - it’s located in a quiet village but perfect to go off exploring nearby walled towns. Nardò was my favourite. Breakfast in the courtyard (I can recommend the omelette with sweet red onions and ham). Lovely dinners in the garden around the beautiful gardens. Serena and her team all work tirelessly and it shows - and those who are animal lovers will get to meet Mimi, a cat that stole my heart. Thank you for a beautifully relaxed 5 nights - it was just perfect.

Absolutely exceptional! Nohasi Palace is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind—every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth. The service was flawless, the food delicious, and the entire experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Pool was wonderful, breakfast was very good, all staff very kind and helpful, buildings/facilities meticulously renovated and very well maintained, many different spaces to explore and use as a guest, well integrated into local community with many external guests coming in for dinner or festivities, easy parking in front of building, good location to explore southern part of Salento

Everything, like many people said before: so much attention to detail. From the wonderful Spa with a special bath till the cooked breakfasts with excellent fruit, from the super nice staff till the bath outside our room on a terrace, this place is special. We just didn’t want to leave…

The restaurant is nice, but not at the same level as the rest of the property.

Hidden gem in nowhere with supportive staff, exclusive meal, fantastic accommodation: marvelous room, fantastic surronding with historic details which have value. Staff helps you in any request. Swimming pool and the garden were beautiful, well kept. Restaurant snd bar like Michelin with decent prices.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The renovated building boasts amazing facilities, including a great spa and pool, making it a worthwhile destination on its own. The restaurant and breakfast were exceptional too. Just be aware that the close surroundings may not be touristy, so for a longer stay, it's nice to explore the region by car or take advantage of the transportation options offered by the hotel.

the WiFi in the room was a bit disappointing

5 star touches EVERYWHERE. The exquisite attention to details paid to the construction, decoration and facilities of this hotel is almost beyond compare. The staff were also fabulous, very attentive and provided us with highly personal attention (which I should add was not over bearing). We loved the fact it was a smaller, boutique hotel and therefore shared areas were never busy. The food for breakfast is great, as is the dining in the restaurant. The longer my mother and I stayed at this hotel; the more we fell in love with it and never wanted to leave! The location was great for exploring the areas of Ontranto, Lecce, Gallipoli, Ostuni on day trips but does require a car - However this is true for all areas of Puglia in my experience.

The prices of the services available in the hotel reflect the 5 star nature of the property - they are very expensive. But you do get what you pay for! Which is very high quality.

Great service.

The room was extremely cold. Heating off in April . The bathroom was difficult to be in for anyone over 5ft 6 inches tall and very, very cold. It was difficult to get additional heating

We stayed 2 nights at the Nohasi Palace and we had such a great time and experience. The hotel is very vell decorated with much taste. Everything is just perfect about it (rooms, spa, swimming pool, bar, restaurant...). We would like to thanks all the staff because they are so attentive. We dined at the restaurant, it was so well cooked and very good. This hotel deserves a fith star !! We recommand it with closed eyes !!

The place itself is super beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful, they are there for you in every step. Special thanks to Paolo who organised a very special welcome for our honeymoon, that meant a lot for us. Breakfast was very tasty and looked just beautiful every day we spent there, not to mention the food overall was very good! The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and beautiful! I truly recommend this place, we were happy that we got to spend few days of our honeymoon in that place. Wouldn’t change it for anything! 🤍

Everything within the property is pretty expensive, especially the SPA entrance. Wasn’t excited to spend 350 EUR to spend a few hours in a SPA. No free room service. That’s it!
