Small studio type apartments, in a nice part of Nuoro, accessible to nearby restaurants and museums. They were clean and comfortable. The owner provided items for breakfast. Nuoro is an interesting town with a number of museums, including the Museum of Costumes, highly recommended.

Be aware that you need to climb several flights of stairs, in case this is an issue for you. The aircon control unit was missing and the owner said he was getting a new control. You cannot bring a car into the street of this building (Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi) so you need to park elsewhere and carry your luggage. Parking is not easy to find but on some streets there are spots marked in blue for which you can pay.

The whole place was an authentic, and cozy. the entire place was clean and well taken care, the location couldnt be better, restaurants and many shops, even the post office is near. it has everything you need if you ever to Nuoro. I took my coffe and breakfast at the terrace and enjoyed a lot.wonderful experience

Very well located property in the pedestrian zone of Nuoro. The interior is superb and tastefully decorated, a self-catering apartment with everyone one could wish for. The owner was very helpful and left us a complimentary breakfast.

A little on the small side for three people, and above average nightly cost when compared to other properties.

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely appointed with two outside decks, one with a small table and chairs. The bathroom shower was hot and the kitchen area was well-equipped and stocked. It included breakfast snacks and coffee for the espresso machine as well as bottled water, juices, and milk. That was a very nice touch!

I liked everything about the property.

Perfect location, on the pedestrian street (but it was not a problem to find a parking nearby). Very clean, nice, well equiped apartment. Comfortable bed. It has everything you need. And it is much nicer than in the pictures.

Good communication with staff (via Whatsapp). Very comfortable and good size. Very central location.

The appartment is located on a main street so noise is a problem (people, not traffic). Would be helpful to have some basic cleaning materials to clean up after preparing food / dropping stuff on floor.

Great apartment fully equipped and located near the center of the town and close to the restaurants. Very nice price for high quality.

The location was second to none. Very central and yet quiet and peaceful. The property is beautifully presented, clean and very well organised. It's a self contained one bedroom penthouse apartment fitted to a high standard. The bedroom is very cosy but there's plenty of room to store your luggage in a separate area from your bedroom. The self service breakfast was abundant and regularly stocked up. The property comes with a daily housekeeping service provided by an efficient, very attentive and super helpful lady.

Not a criticism but purely an observation, we could have done with two more pillows.
