This is a truly wonderful accommodation: - Private parking - Jacuzzi, infrared, sauna - Welcoming package including a self-made list of restaurant with description and a list of touristic attractions in the region. A code for visiting all museums in the regaion for free per guest. - Very kind and friendly personals. Especially a lady called Ingrid, she called the hospital in the night for us when my daughter had a problem, and stayed with us to resolve my worries for at least half an hour. - Delicious breakfast, pastries were made in morning at 6am. - Very convenient location to access. As a summary, it is a place you do not want to miss. We will surely always try to book this hotel next time!

I wasn't the one who booked the hotel so I didn't have any expectations. Instead, the hotel was super cute and there were so many things to see and explore. Can't wait to go back in summer to enjoy all the outdoor facilities. The hot tea and cookies at the reception are also appreciated when you just step in from the cold. Breakfast was awesome and of high quality. The bed decorated with folded towels was a nice touch too.

The hotel, facilities, crew and service, and food were all exceptional. When making the reservation, we didn't expect such a great quality and hospitality! Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and two saunas exceeded our expectations!. And a very friendly staff!

It feels like home. All the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Andreja and Marvin. The bikes are a great bonus and Andreja is as always keen to help me to access activities and tours.

Would have liked a desk in my room but ask for one next time I visit

Super friendly staff. Nice facilities (for a 3 star hotel they were in the upper end), nice food and breakfast. Enjoyed the open yakuzi , unfortunately I arrived late but there is also a nice small pool and relax area in the garden if you want to. The hotel also provides with a day pass for public transportation and bike rental included, that can be handy!

Very good hotel. Good location for travel in the dolomits and also the villages is quite with nice restaurants. Breakfast was excellent!!! Big verity with high quality. There are spa facilities which we didn't use but look very good.

Breakfast amazing. Bed very comfortable. Staff so wonderful. Hotel really goes above and beyond and just want people to be able tonmake the most of the beautiful area. Garden absolutely beautiful and it is lovely waking up to all birds singing.

Decor bit dated/not to my taste

We stayed at the Villa Groff over the Easter weekend and they really helped to make it memorable starting with a special Easter dinner menu and drinks to an Easter surprise for breakfast. It really felt like a home away from home. Rooms had everything we were looking for and had a great size. Connection to the main road was fantastic and it is an ideal base to travel to Merano, Bozen, Brixen and the Dolomites. Breakfast was fantastic and everyone was super friendly.

Even though daily dinner menus were usually great some dishes were a bid bland, but nothing that cannot be fixed and really some minor feedback.

The Hotel is very beautiful! we were there at Christmas time and its very beautiful decorated! the breakfast is delicious, you have a rich selection of food. the room was clean, and the staff were very kind! defiantly recommend this hotel! thank you Hotel Villa Groff !

The staff were friendly and helpful. They tried to make my stay as luxurious as possible. The free bike rental was a bonus as I got to explore the area.

It was very hot so maybe air conditioning in the future. The fan in the room helped.
