Everything. Exceptional staff, caring, helpfull, informative, always polite and super friendly. The cleaning was so good, t was like entering a new room everyday. The pool area very well kept and maintained, super relax, no noise, calm. The breakfast is also nice, fruit, coffee, juices, italian cakes, and the things that usually north europeans like, sausages, bacon...etc. The decoration and the area are beautiful, rustic style village, in a circle area, like grandmas countryside house, the smell of jasmine from the garden, the metal sculptures in the garden, all the flowers, grass well maintained, the room with wood ceiling, classic doors, old style wardrobe, desk... Amazing location, resort is in the middle of nature, 5 min by car to the lovely beaches, and small City Orosei, with lovely restaurants. I reccomend restaurant Da Simone. Amazing food, Great prices. Value for money. Everyday fresh towels and room :). Well done to cleaning staff👍.

Resort have new part, which is not mentioned on booking com and No pictures. New part have amazing new pool, and brand new rooms, which should be that mention. I booked hotel with exactly rooms which I seen on booking come, and Is not nice to during arriving get another option. Parking is said, you have to pay €8 per day, but if you stay in new area, parking is for free. No kettle and bin at the rooms. Without car, is no option to stay there. At the pool in old part of resort you can find super overpriced bar. Staff looks like have no energy, but answered for all questions. Breakfast for €15 per person I will say 8/10.

The room was very clean, clean towels every day, good WiFi, great swimmingpool. Our room was in the New part of the Resort and that was awsome because it was very quiet, we had almost private swimmingpool. Location is great, Everything is close, but you are not in the crowd.

Hospitality can be better.

Its a cosy resort with nice houses, great Pool area with Bar and parking is no problem. Very friendly Manager. Spacy rooms. Breakfast Area is a nice area (only a bit small if wheather is windy/rainy).

We stayed end of September and there was a bit of an off season feeling. Bar was sometimes not Staffed, breakfast rather simple (thin toast, only one selection of cheese, old cereal...), limited dinner options and only after 8pm. Location is close to orosei, but in itself isolated.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, feels like staying at a luxurious farm at the countryside. Breakfast is delicious and served in a charming villa. Pool is beautiful, warm and clean. Gigi (manager) did everything to make our stay pleasant. He is always around, talks to the guests, knows everybody by name, helped us organize a boat trip and even prepared a snack for us. Rey (barman and waiter) is also a great character and also made us feel very welcome. This war, by far, the best hotel at our trip to Sardinia. When we were there, the hotel restaurant only served cold dishes for dinner, but they were very tasty.

Internet connection is not good (Gigi mentioned that the hotel is not at city center and does not have fiber connection, having to rely on antenna), but as Gigi mentioned to me, unless you have to connect to work, this shouldn't be an issue. In my case, I used my own roaming connection, which was ok.

The beautiful small houses in a picturesque garden with sunbeds and a big swimming pool. Very friendly stuff, delicious breakfast in a wonderful courtyard. It's a quiet place near Orosei (good restaurants, market, nice old center), the beaches are just a 10 minutes drive away..

The main bed mattress was quite hard. We could feel the coils. The mattresses on the bunk bed were comfortable. The restaurant has a limited menu. It is more like a bar. Not even pasta was offered.
