It was impeccably clean and the most well organized lodging I've ever stayed in. All the instructions and guidance for how to use the facilities, where to find restaurants and activities were clearly posted. The coffee machine was available 24/7, as was purified water (both still and frizzante) and biscotti. The refrigerator was ample size for the number of guests. Good breakfast with homemade cakes and cornetti. Excellent location just off the autostrada A14, in the midst of an industrial zone but sheltered with a lovely garden so it felt like a green oasis. Convenient to all the towns along the Conero riviera. My husband and I had a great stay!

The internet didn't work well with my Iphone. For some reason, I kept getting a message that the security certificate was out of date and I was unable to access many sites.

The breakfast was wonderful. Can never go wrong with home cooking and the espresso was always available. A huge bonus for me

The B&B is very well organised and clean. You have everything you need, the breakfast was also very good (a lot choice and some things were bio, that's a +++ for me!) The garden was also very well maintained. If I am in the area, I would definitly come back.

Everything was as advertised and even better than that. Beautiful location and garden with safe parking, with a comfortable room and with breakfast and coffee. Can't go wrong with La Gradina.

Clean, charming rooms, Italian-style breakfast included (owner made cappucinos for us, which was very nice). Lovely outdoor area.

On the outskirts of Osimo, but we had a car so it was not a problem for us.

Very well organized, clean, great coffee and homemade cake for breakfast

The property is beautifully maintained, lovely garden, very clean in the room and common area, parking is available directly on the property. Breakfast, quite rich (although everything sweet!) included. The beds were comfortable.

We lacked the feeling of freedom, you can only use a small part of the garden (table for breakfast), during breakfast the host accompanies the guests all the time, and considering that you can only communicate in Italian is sometimes not very comfortable. The wifi did not work practically all the time on any of the devices, all we heard was that we were entering the password wrong (which of course was not true). The location is only for people with a car, but this did not bother us. All in all, we have mixed feelings.
