The property is clean and modern while preserving the authentic charm of a traditional Trulli house. It’s a truly amazing place to relax both body and soul. With just a few rooms and a beautiful pool to cool down, it offers an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast area is cozy and full of character, and the kitchen serves delicious meals perfect for the whole family. Located close to Ostuni, it feels wonderfully secluded—like a real escape from the world. The staff and owner put their heart into making your stay unforgettable. AC could be quiter :)

Beautiful place and very quiet surroundings. Clean rooms and truly excellent and tasty breakfast! This place is probably amazing if you stay there in spring, early summer or fall, and not during a heat wave which we did. We had to check out early and move to a place with better A/C and larger pool area, however the owners were really nice about us leaving early.

We stayed during a heat wave in July and unfortunately the A/C couldn’t cool down our room enough (we stayed in the room/Lamia with two bedrooms). The pool area is pretty, but there were only four sun beds with shade and two of them were occupied throughout our stay so as a family of four we couldn’t hang out by the pool together.

Staying at Regina di Ulivi was a great experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing to be totally in the countryside. The made-to-order breakfast was fantastic and the staff working at breakfast were excellent...they made us feel welcome and took care of us well.

There were a few things that could have been better. Guests should bring mosquito repellent as there were many mosquitos in the evening and at night. The Internet was only available at the main house and not in the individual rooms...it should have been in every room. The mobile phone signal was also bad so there was basically no way to communicate to the outside world from the rooms. And finally, the access road from the main highway was very poor and I feared our car would be damaged.

An authentic and wonderful place furnished with love and great details. Excellent and aesthetic breakfast surrounded by nature and olives. Amazing views for a morning swim in the pool, filled with the naturalness of nature. The owner, Luca, communicated in great detail and clearly before our arrival how to get to the place and pick up the keys. He also recommended a wonderful local restaurant for dinner. Great place and experience

It had a lovely pool with a fantastic view. Breakfast was freshly prepared by a lovely lady, sorry don’t know her name. Very clean. Excellent value. Luca was very helpful with booking restaurants and other advice.

The road up to the property was a challenge for our Fiat 500, especially when it was full of luggage. Would have liked more than one pillow each.

Perfect home away from home! Beautiful location and scenery. Wonderful amenities and room. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. Amazing breakfast and hospitality by the host and staff. We loved our stay at Regina and Ostuni. It was a great base for day trips to Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Aberobello, Crispiano and Monopoli. We were able to relax and explore the Puglia region. Very family friendly.

This is really the dreamy accommodation which everyone aiming for disconnecting and resting has in mind!I On the hills surrounding Ostuni, the property is located in the middle of olive trees plantations. It is super quite both during the day and at night and hosting only a few guests at the time, it never gets crowded. It is extremely well renovated and clean with linen smelling of fresh laundry!! The beds and pillows are super comfortable offering the utmost relaxation. The pool and the big breakfast are a considerable plus to this marvelous place. All staff was exquisite, kind of gentle, making people feel home. The shower gel and shampoo are made with local products and smell terribly good! Because it is a place for relaxion, internet in the rooms is poor and offered only in the breakfast area; personally this is another plus rather than a minus!

While difficult to locate upon arrival, the place is worth searching for! Rather difficult to move around without a car.

It is a beautiful property with small details in abundance. Landscaping was carefully thought out and the pool is stunning. The entire property is elegant and tastefully done. Nice cotton linens in the rooms. We were happily surprised with this find. A true gem. We can't wait to come back and explore more of Ostuni and the surrounding areas.

Literally almost everything - the quiet farm stay, the pool, the friendly hospitality and the fact that you don't have to think about breakfast. My kids love it here!

We booked a trullo with 2 rooms but unfortunately, there was just 1 aircon for these 2 rooms. It was too warm for us in peak summer. They provided a fan in the other room, but an AC would have been perfect

The owner was very helpful before our stay, sending information on WhatsApp. The staff were lovely, providing a tasty fresh breakfast in the mornings and rustling up an evening meal at short notice when there was a storm and we didn't fancy driving into town. The cat was very friendly too. The pool was nice and there were sufficient, good quality sunbeds for the property with there only being four rooms.

Not really a negative but maybe useful information - the road to the property is a narrow single track road which is quite uneven in places. Luckily we never met anyone coming the opposite way, but it was a bit of a problem when there was a rainstorm and it flooded in places.
