It is the best place for a stay in Salento. Very well located - in the middle of the region, for a day visits: lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, santa Maria de Leuca, all in less than 1hour driving. The bedroom is stunning and very good size - they enter everyday to make the bed and clean the bathroom. Towels changed every 3 nights. Plenty of space to park inside, and a very relaxing green garden in front of each bedroom - so you can enjoy relaxing there with your table and chairs. And what to say about the breakfast, different sweet cakes home made everyday, using local products. There is as well focaccia, cheese and boiled eggs for those who prefer a savory breakfast. Coffee and tea excellent. Definitely we would come back to this place. A 10 is not enough!

The architecture of the building, the large rooms. The garden, the typical Italian breakfast, parking in the yard of the location. Good location of the accommodation to explore the coastal area.

The trash can in the bathroom and in the room should be thrown away daily, and toilet paper should not be missing from the bathroom.

Lovely room, spottlessley clean and cleaned every day. Very comfy bed and lovely setting in the gardens. Great breakfast everyday, good choice of food and fresh tea and coffee made for each guest.

It would have been nice to have the facility to make a tea or coffee in the room as there was no other facility available on site or nearby after breakfast.

Friendly family owned old fashioned castle in the middle of town, beautiful gardens, attentive staff, easy and fast to communicate, breakfast spread with variety of fruits, pastries, very good coffee! Gluten free section is offered. There is a lovely restaurant attached to it ( Don Pippi) with lovely owners + staff. Overall we stayed 4 nights in a large spacious room. easy to access, ample space to park our car. Donna Rosa and her daughter Adele were a delight to deal with always with a smile and caring heart.
