The location is beautiful! So quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge, comfortable and with all amenities available. The spa was wonderful and the staff were all so lovely, Highly recommend!

Fantastic accomodation! - Resort is huge - Rooms are very luxurious - Big swimming pool - Very friendly personnel - Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices, great quality - Dinner was okay but not as high standards as breakfast imo Great value for money, highly recommended!!! Would definitely go back :-)

You can't access the pool without a swimming cap (as is the case in other hotels as well in Sicily we noticed, however not always mandatory). It's a minor complaint, however important to mention if people don't like these types of obligations (and probably also has it's advantages in terms of hygiene, however personally i'm not fond of it).

For those who like newer facilities, the hotel was modern and had a lovely spa. The rooms were huge with state of the art showers. We were most impressed with the hotel manager, Girolamo Liga, who took the time to explain the hotel amenities and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We totally appreciated his excellent professionalism.

Bathroom Shower top fixed only, not hand held you cant rinse well. Breakfast a large room lots of sweets but salty scrambled egg & bacon was awful.

The staff were fantastic, accommodating and helpful. The room wasn't bad but had a few little issues where we had to call maintenance but they did come straight away so again staff were attentive. The swimming pool was great too, a bit cold but large and plenty of space to sit outside, aqua gym was fun, the hotel was attractive and large inside and well maintained. Parking was good sometimes a bit full but always managed to park. Room wasn't bad very clean and cleaned daily, and handy mini bar. Location was great, very easy journey to Marsala and beaches, restaurants. Nice Gin Fizz by the pool and cabana, breakfast was ok but nothing special, coffee not great despite it being Italy, that could be improved. Liked the fact that it was mostly Italians there so must be hotel of choice for the locals.

The room had no light to the outside balcony but there are wires hanging out the wall,the door stop was missing leaving a screw sticking up in the floor (I stood on it by accident but chose to leave it at the time) of course no issue they would fix but the room should be checked before we check in. The major issue for us was the "air con" it wasn't traditional or controllable in the room, every night I struggled with heat and I didn't sleep as a result and that was with the air con at full strength, it blows coolish air but not cold and at 30 plus degrees it's nice to have the choice to control yourself and have a colder option, I always book a hotel as long as there is air con but this was a water fed system and it didn't really class in my opinion as adequate. They gave us a fan but that was promptly removed the next day by the cleaner so we had another night of heat, to me if you leave aircon on and a chocolate bar left in the room is melting then its definitely not working correctly, every night we said it wasn't cold enough in the room, that meant the comfort of our room dropped drastically to 1 star as without sleep it's not good. Also the shower was great, had a large shower head and powerful but it couldn't handle the shower at full force and it flooded the room, the drainage is too small (design fault) to deal with the water coming out and the shower tray is too low so no water is contained therefore we had to shower at half power to avoid a flood again this affects the comfort of the room. There was a guest with a dog and they had left the dog in the room and it was crying which was upsetting I don't understand why people bring a dog and leave it in a strange room alone, that shouldn't be allowed.
