Great choice for breakfast. Really great spa. Nevertheless, the staff should have to contend with guests lighting up and causing disturbances in the spa area.

The lack of cobblestones in the rooms was quite unexpected, especially considering the winter weather. While there was a decorative blanket available, it wasn't necessarily suited for individual guests. Additionally, the absence of basic amenities like cups, teapots, or coffee makers was surprising for a 4-star hotel. Despite being unwell and requesting tea, I had to fetch cups from the restaurant myself.

The place is amazing. Spacious and very clean room. Great restaurant and bar. Heated ski box. Amazing spa area. Location close to everything. We went to Pinzolo for 3 days skiing. As the weather was awful and skiing hardly possible- the hotel really saved our trip:)

Bathroom would appreciate some renovation

This was our second time staying at Beverly Hotel and since our first stay was so wonderful we had very high expectations. I'm happy to say that the Beverly did not disappoint and our stay was just as good this time around. Very clean and comfortable room, great spa facilities and excellent service with delicious food at every dinner. We will definitely be back!!

The receptionist, Sylvia, was lovely. Most helpful with our hiking plans. Also the manager was very friendly. It’s the extra things like this that make a hotel stand out for me. Evening meal was delicious, as was breakfast

Air con would have been welcome.

Our stay at Beverly Hotel was absolutely fabulous! The staff was friendly and attentive, the service was top quality, the room and spa area were clean and comfortable, and the food was varied and absolutely delicious, offering many local dishes and wines. The hotel is in a prime location, only a 5 minute walk to the ski lift, a 2 minute walk to the center of Pinzolo and a 10 minute walk to the park and river. The hotel was also very kid friendly and even welcomes dogs. I can't recommend Beverly Hotel enough! We will definitely be back!

We liked everything!

The location is very good, close to the ski lift. The breakfast was good. We liked especially the dinner with salad bar, cheese bar and 4 courses with multiple choise. THere is a wellness with sauna and a 13m swimming pool which we enjoyed.

I would prefer that the beds be equipped with quilts instead of sheets and blankets.

Staff friendly, rooms very clean, pool and spa area very clean and not too crowded.

Room was too hot for us and the spa could have been 1 or 2 degrees warmer

Very comfortable and clean rooms and spa. Friendly staff. They gave us tips for local food and entertainment. Delicious breakfast, our allergy requests were accommodated.
