Even if we went the first day of the season you could see how the hotel was super nice. The people working there are all nice and well behaved, the pool view was amazing. Planning to go back for real holidays instead of a single day

We were on a full board basis, Breakfas, Lunch & Dinnerwere all very good, a variety of cold & hot items .

There was nothing we did not like.

The customer service, the meals, the facilities, the marina, the beach and swimming pools.

No fitness room

the pool is HUGE, the location is close to the highway, easy reachable. the place is safe, with private security at the gate, free parking and nice terrace outside

it was a bit of a trouble to arrange an iron for ironing the clothes. this should be included in each room, or they should have a room dedicated for that, as they do in other hotels. my room was large and had a walking closet, but the bathroom was old and small, and it had a bathtub instead of a shower, so not too comfortable. the rooms need to be renew

Nice property with a pretty marina. Lido was nearby and easy to walk to as well as a frequent shuttle. The pool area is huge and very nice.

The food wasn’t good and woken up by loud landscaping work at 7am.

Great swimming pools and beach. Good location

Facilities were not particularly clean. Staff were often rude and unhelpful. Lots of jellyfiish, which made the sea unswimmable (though this isnt the hotel's fault). Poor value for money - definitely not a 4 star resort.

Hidden resort costs not mentioned and food for cost was a 2 at best.

very unkempt no hot water. missing light bulb. patio door got jammed. weeds everywhere. terrible pillows. uncomfortable bed. no walkway lighting at night main washroom had no water at the sinks, no toilet paper, one stall with no toilet seat.

The front desk staff was very cheerful during our checkin.

Our keys did not work for our rooms, we went down to ask about this (we had 2 rooms for our family) and they rekeyed them and they still didn't work. They had the maintenance guy help and this took close to an hour, it would have been better if we just were assigned new rooms perhaps? They told us to wait in the hall outside our room and after 30 min had passed I went to the front desk to find out what the problem was. The Internet / Wifi only works in the reception area NOT in your room at all. The floors were very dirty in the room, crumbs and dirt all over the floor. The showers do not have doors or shower curtains and water leaked all over the floor and the showerhead is so old that the pressure was forced out in a straight stream not a nice showerhead at all. There was alot of build up on the showerhead causing this issue. The breakfast was terrible. The boiled eggs were frozen. The cappicino was horrible. My crossaint was old and stale.
