Great facilities and activities, we particularly enjoyed the Watersports and the whole Watersports team of Steffi, Dany, Cyprian and Aoife were so helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the hour long catamaran boat trip with Aoife and would recommend this to all to try. We were delighted with the food in the private lodge as well as the Trattoria and the Magico restaurant and want to say thank you to all the staff and waiters in the restaurant, with a special mention for Jonathon in Magico. Staff in reception were very helpful to organise a taxi for us to the airport. We enjoyed a pleasant trip to Pizzo facilitated by a shuttle bus operating from the hotel. The evening entertainment provided by the entertainment team was equally fantastic with special thanks to Antonia for entertaining conversation and company and Annika for the dancing. Private lodge was lovely and secluded with a separate pool and rooms very comfortable.

Great experience in total. Stayed for 5 nights, and had a variety of activities to explore. Private lodge facilities were better including, lodging, bar, as well as the restaurant. Great jungle walk towards the private beach, and was fun to enjoy canoeing sessions with the watersports guys near the beach. Special mention to Felipo (the bbq expert chef in the private lodge restaurant), as well as Anna Maria in the private lodge pool bar.

There were a lot of activities going around, however, it was a little bit confusing to find out about enrollment. Therefore, maybe a good idea to notify and encourage participation, specially in side the private lodge area. Maybe an option to pre enroll residents in some activities. The spa was all pre booked, and we couldn't get to reserve a session.

An excellent full-service hotel that thinks of everything—every detail is perfectly taken care of. The food is outstanding, except for the breakfast, which is a bit weaker. But overall, the hotel is ideal for families with children—there’s really not much to criticize.

The program is strictly divided between adults and children. If an older child, but still under 16, wants to play something like darts or archery at a time other than 10 in the morning, they’re not allowed and are sent away. It's sad that they enforce such unnecessarily strict rules that make no sense. The same goes for the waterslides – they let large, heavy children use them, but a small adult is a problem. Adults deserve this kind of fun too!

The forest trail to the beach was magical. We enjoyed the beautiful clean beach with gorgeous sunsets. The resort is spotless. The food was excellent! The staff were all friendly. Anna at the buffet was so welcoming and we sat in the same spot everyday so we could see her. We had a few transportation issues and Alessia at the front reception desk quickly stepped up and helped us resolve them, saving us!

The kids water park lacked enough water in the slide to properly go down without getting stuck. The cocktails are lemon flavored and pretty weak. But the service was quick and we never had to wait in line.

The fantastic garden, which "hugs" the hotel and a magical pine-tree forest leading to the beach, makes you feel like a separate wonderland. Delicious food and drinks, as well as very professional and friendly tennis coaches and entertainment staff. It's a Magic Life ✨️👌🏻

The SPA center disappointed me as I did not get the type of massage I expected, but generally, the SPA is tidy and neat. My biggest disappointment was the transfer service, which wanted me to pay as if for an individual transfer, but in the end, there was a group of 4 people, who together paid the same amount I was offered to pay alone. Thanks to the Magic Life receptionist, the situation was solved fairly.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendliness and warm hospitality. Every day brought amazing surprises that made the experience even more special! The food was simply delicious — every meal was a treat, and there was so much variety to enjoy. The beach nearby offered some of the most breathtaking sunsets we've ever seen — truly picture-perfect moments we’ll never forget. There were tons of activities to join if you wanted to be adventurous, but the beautiful, peaceful lodge also made it easy to just relax and soak up the sun by the fantastic pool. The lodge itself was so quiet and calming, perfect for recharging, so we even had to extend our stay! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing, fun, and truly memorable vacation!

The only small downside was that the bed was a bit too hard for our personal taste — but honestly, that’s just a matter of preference and wouldn’t take away from how much we loved our stay!

The food was generally good, not fantastic, rather repetitive. Nowhere nearby to go to. If it rains, you are on your own. They have a massive closed theatre that is almost never used. What about films during the day, Dance classes or learning about acting.

Entertainment is a little scarce. As I said, the theatre is under used. You hardly ever see the animation team, they do not try to involve you in any event, you have to use the app, very impersonal, where are they during the day? No indication for up-coming menus, but then, it is always the same-old, same-old, no one seems to know!

It was excellent , the food , the service , the rooms , top class, the gardeners Al said hello . Just felt welcoming like home

The bellboys have to understand that they are the first people we see when we walk into the hotel . I know it’s hot , I know the job is not easy but they have to give a first great impression - the lifeguards shouldn’t be aloud on there phones - it’s the only thing I didn’t like , because if something were to happen they would be the first to blame - just constructive criticism -

A happy atmosphere, amazing food, gorgeous walk through the woods to the beach, very well run. We were glad to be in the quieter Private Lodge area, but the main area would be fun for younger families. Great staff (special mention to Daniela & Chandana who cleaned block 7!)

The bed was a little hard for my preferences.The beach was mostly shingle with sand only further up, and I would have preferred and all-sand beach
