Possibility to check in until 22-23 o'clock. Private parking on the territory. Very friendly staff, English-speaking and very helpful. Arranged our visit even with a short notice (1 hour before arrival, late in the evening), prepared a cot for our baby. Tasty breakfast, a lot of food. Free water in the fridge. Big bathroom with a bath tub. Location in a picturesque place, close to the Dolomite Alps.

The facilities are rather old, but working properly. The air was not very fresh in the room.

The room was very clean, comfortable, modern. The beds are great, the climatisation worked well, and there was a mini fridge in the room. The bathroom had a lot of amenities such as shampoos, towels and shoe shiners. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered various foods and they served us real espresso.

Everything was great, but to take in consideration that if you are coming by car, you can't access the parking place from the main road, Instead take the road at the back of the hotel.

The hotel staff is SO kind (reception and lady at breakfast), I would go back just because of them! The hotel might be just a tad bit outdated (furniture-wise) but the room I got was huge and had one of the best bed I have slept in. Also loved the complete darkness in the morning so I could sleep without having to use a sleeping mask. Breakfast buffet is pretty simple but has anything one could want. Being celiac I received separate gluten free bread and cookies upon request and it was absolutely no problem. The hotel is a 7-10min walk away from the pedestrian zone where a lot of restaurants and shops are. Would go back.

The hotel offers free cancellation up to a certain date before your booking and no prepayment. Room was immaculately clean, including the bathroom, furniture was not old, it seemed that everything had been properly taken care of, everything was functioning. The hotel has an underground garage very close nearby, which is directly connected to the hotel by a passageway so carrying your luggage in bad weather is not an issue. I have explicitly requested to park in the garage and my request was immediately approved. There is an ample choice of breakfast dishes - namely desserts: several types of pies, cakes, cookies, sweet pastries and croissants. The staff makes you tea or coffee at breakfast. The hotel is located quite close to the city centre. Staff was friendly.

I have expected more diversity regarding savoury dishes at breakfast: there were two types of salami, ham, only one type of cheese (excluding cheese spread) and hard boiled eggs. 80 EUR for a one-night stay (Sunday-Monday) in a three star hotel in Pordenone is not that inexpensive.

The hotel is located quite close to the city centre. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and everything was perfectly clean. Free parking in a secure garage right at the hotel. The breakfast was tasty with sufficient variety of savoury and especially sweet dishes. The staff was friendly.

Everything was pretty good. It's a excellent pub with rooms. They gave me a nice modern one (not enormous but big enough) with a large comfortable bed. Very good big walk-in shower. Big wall-mounted TV right in front of the bed at a comfortable viewing height. Can't understand people who comment in their reviews that it's noisy. What do they expect when they stay in a room over a pub in London? Anyway, it closes at 12:00 and the music stops before 11:00...all reasonably early in my opinion!

Nothing to complain about. The English cooked breakfast was good but a 2nd sausage & egg would improve it.

I don't really eat many things with flour and it had a lot of these choices. It was good, but not much for me.

The staff was super polite and kind. The rooms were clean and enough spacious. The location is 10min walk to the center and the staff recommended us a really nice restaurant in the center for a dinner. The wifi worked inside of the rooms fluently (we were on the ground floor).

Once located the property was very nice, and the free parking was definitely a plus!

I'm used to a hotel of this calibre having a better bar/lounge space. The shower, while nice, was pretty small for someone 6'4" like me.

Nice modern room with plenty of space, with lots of hooks on the walls to hang stuff. The large jacuzzi tub was a bonus. Electric shutters on the windows were nice, as was the AC.

Unfortunately, the breakfast fell a bit short of our expectations.
