Our stay at B&B Lizia exceeded our expectations in each and every way. From the moment we arrived, Michael and Ornella went out of their way to make sure we felt accommodated and at home. They were never in a rush and were so helpful in planning our days. My fiancee and I both agree we have never experienced such a pleasant, quality stay in our many travels. The breakfast was delicious - it featured local cuisine, fresh ingredients, and many parts of it were homemade. The property, both our room and the entire facility, were completely spotless. It is the cleanest property I have ever stayed in and was in disbelief at how everything sparkled. The bikes available for guests are so convenient; we used them to go to the store and beaches. The location is superb because it is tucked away on a private road and quiet, but close to the town/port center. We felt so loved and at home our entire trip, and we are both counting the days until we return. We were so sad to leave! Ornella has our hearts!

My stay at B&B Lizia was absolutely lovely. Michael and his mother were such kind people and made sure my stay was comfortable and I had anything I needed. They are bikes to use which was great to get to the beach. The breakfast spread was FABULOUS, especially their homemade pomegranate jam. Michael was even so generous to drive me to my next destination when I left since I did not have a car.

It’s best to have a car so you can explore the area.

My brother and I found the B&B Lizia during a multi-week bike travel across Southern Italy. Following is what we liked the most: 1) hosts extremely nice, friendly and co-operative; 2) beautiful rooms, new and even larger than what we had paid for, super-clean and well equipped; 3) cleanliness in general; 4) 5-star breakfast sufficient for 10 people, let alone the 2 we were; 5) facilities (patio, courtesy bicycles for those who may need it, etc.). Highly recommended. Should we pass by again in the future, we will go to B&B Lizia for sure.

All was just fine.

We received a very warm welcome and were even offered a room upgrade free of charge ! (we spent three nights in the B&B in May). Everything was very tidy and clean. Very good beds. Breakfast was copious with fresh fruit, cakes, delicious home-made jams and pies. The hosts were very friendly and gave us some good advice of what was to see nearby. Very good location to visit Lecce, Gallipoli and the coastlines. Beaches and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this B&B !

Nothing : everything was perfect !

This is a lovely family run B&B located a few minutes walk from the beach. Michael and his parents were so accommodating from start to finish. They collected us from the bus in Porto Cesareo with our heavy cases. The breakfast each morning was so amazing with fresh fruit and tasty pastries. Their hospitality was incredible and we couldn’t recommend here anymore!

Our stay wasn’t long enough!

Great location with just 15 mins walk to the city center (fast walk around 10 mins). Perfect breakfast with non sweet option :) And, of course, amazing host always ready to help (and recommend whatever you would like to visit).

Michael and Ornella are the most caring hosts. Incredible breakfast with homemade specialties! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Bicycles are available and the beaches, shopping and restaurants are a short walk or ride.

Great room, very helpful staff. They offer free bicycle rental (5min to the city centre) and even free fruit after breakfast for beach snack:) Best stay in Puglia so far!

Our hosts were really nice and helpful, providing good local tips. Great breakfast and really clean facilities.

The space is lovely, beautiful and peaceful outside lounge area. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and air conditioned. They had complimentary masks for us which was thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent- a really large selection of sweet and savoury plus delicious fruits and fresh cheeses. Bikes available for guests free of charge. The best thing was the warm welcome and kind hospitality. We were given mini pizzas every day to snack on at the beach which my kids loved. Excellent all round.
