The accommodation environment is pleasant, safe, with a terrace, an equipped kitchen, few steps from the sea and the swimming pools, umbrella and two sunbeds are available on the beach, shop, little weaker wifi, restaurant, two children's playgrounds, allocated parking space, things are transported to the bungalow using carts. On offer is a rich animation program with a great team. They take care not only of children, but also of adults (exercises on the beach, football, volleyball, polo, spinning, etc.), program in the arena every evening (disco for the little ones, shows directed by animators or externs). The beach is clean, entrance to the sea is gradual, lifeguards take care of safety, employees even inflate large inflatable sunbeds, bikes are available for rent (bike paths to the nearby Comacchio lagoon), paddleboards, pedal boats.

The bungalows don´t stand alone, you need to count on a smaller private on the terraces, but they are separated by mature bushes. But this is not a complaint, just a warning for those, who are looking for private accommodation.

We had a nice time here, literally living at the beach. It's a really family friendly place with many facilities. The team do everything for us to have a good time, everybody was helpful, there were even programs all they long to amuse the guests (mainly, but not only the children). It's a big plus to have that shop (that is not expensive at all) in the center of the place, we were also delighted with the restaurant and bar. Free parasols are also a big plus.

The location, the beach and the pool were great and very convinient for families with kids. Also I like this idea of small houses instead of 1 big building. Our room was clean, has all necessary kitchen staff, furniture was simple but new.

If I were a mom of a baby or toddler I would want to have a washing machine too. But the kids have grown up and I do without it on holiday.

The size of the park is just right (manageable within walking distance). The apartment was nice and had bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, AC, pools and private beach access included in the price. Although we were at the end of the season, everything was fully functional, including the children's pool. The sandy beach is very nice for children.

The fridge was a little small. One day the beach was dirty (they told us it happens sometime after stormy nights). I personally don't like private beaches with parasols, although they provide every comfort.

I was happy that I had an assigned parking spot that’s was under a cover. Also liked the assigned seats with umbrella on the beach. Didn’t use the pool this time but looked fun for kids and adults alike. All facilities were clean, all the staff seem to work really hard to maintain it. Check in and out was very simple and enjoyable. The restaurant had great options of seafood and meats and tasty food. Staff was excellent, perfect time to practice Italian.

The beach was full of debris would’ve enjoyed it more of it was cleaner even if it was just a small stretch where the property is. Pillows were a little flat but not a deal breaker.

It was a wonderful visit to the hotel. The location is beautiful. The beach is clean and close to the rooms. The swimming pool is also close by, 3 minutes away... As for the staff, all of them are professional, especially the receptionist who speaks 4 languaes She was very helpful and smart...e.

The beach was only 2 mins away and the pool about 5 mins away. Great location for families with kids. Possibility to play ping pong, tennis & table football for free. Every day evening show for kids & parents. Lovely restaurant within the park with reasonable prices and wide range of food.

The whole park, the bungalow, the restaurant, the beach, the pools but above all the super helpful, friendly staff (especially the manager Luca) who really care for the guests.
