The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The room is comfortable and clean, and most importantly, the bed is very comfortable and provides a good night's sleep! They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which is really great! If I have the chance to revisit Civitanova in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again! I've already recommended it to many friends.

The washbasin is a bit small, making it hard to place items on it. The lighting is rather dim. Apart from these points, I think it was still a great accommodation experience! :)

The perfect convenient location! Also the mattress was great to have a nice rest. Also interior was nicely done. There was no staff except for a cleaning lady, who was nice and kind.

One thing to improve possibly is that doing a makeup was inconvenient due to a less lighting and not many storage

Location, very clean and quiet

Room bit smaller than.expected No storage in bathroom. Huge sink but no basin to put toiletries. Had to use the floor and our suitcase to put things on. Very warm and thermostat didn't seem to work Bed not very comfortable

At night the ground floor room could be noisy as during the weekend passers-by get loud.....but by no means this is the owner's fault

Hotel was located between the beach & the main street (il corso). Very convenient as it had restaurants & stores very close by. Very clean room.

Bathroom requires more shelves. I had no space to put my toiletries.

Extremely comfortable and designer rooms. Staff always available and proactive, especially before the arrival. The breakfast, even if it is not at the hotel’s site, is at one of Civitanova’s best bars.

The hotel is in a great area. It is only a short walk to the seafront promenade. There are many cafes and restaurants around. We liked the fact that the hotel is situated in a residential area which made us feel part of the community rather than just a tourist. The rooms are very different, in an edgy sort of way, but comfortable nonetheless.

The cleanliness and the design of the room were elite. The client service was excellent. The Hotel is in a strategic position, near the sea and next to the city centre.

It was perfect. Super modern and nice but more importantly fab location, clean and easy to organise/ check in. Lovely bathroom with disco lights, comfy bed and breakfast included.

Everything we needed for our one night , booked very late but received excellent communication . Super location and amenities, including very comfortable bed. Breakfast in local cafe excellent.
