The size of the room and the bathroom was very good and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and they let me store my bicyle in a container next to the hotel. Last but not least, the breakfast was excellent. This hotel had definitely the best value for the money of all hotels in Italy I stayed at! Would have extended my stay for one or two days as the town turned out quite nice for cycling and there's even a coin laundry down the road, but unfortunately, they were already fully booked.

As it gets quite warm on the top floor, the aircon could have been a little stronger for my taste, however it still was okay.

Accommodation by the river Po, with safe parking and a restaurant. Italian breakfast included in the price, they pleased. The room, actually it was two rooms with one entrance (which is very good for the comfort of the family), they were clean, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice, the air conditioning worked well. There was also a fridge in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty pizza in restaurant. Real price.

There are several demolished buildings in the area, which does not look pleasant, but, of course, the owner is not responsible for that. Since the accommodation is by the river, there are a lot of mosquitoes outside in the evening (we were in July). The water in the room is not drinkable, you have to arrange water in advance, bottled water is available in the restaurant for a fee.

At first, the host was really, really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and there's everything you need. They clean it every day thorough.There are bigger rooms with three beds and a frigerat and small rooms with two beds. Every room has an air conditioner. The restaurant in the house has a great card with delicious meals and vine. The breakfast is simple but good, and the coffee is great. All in all, the stay was nearly perfect, and we surely would come back if we're in the area again.

The bathrooms should be renovated, but everything is really clean. It would be nice if the terrace had parasols and more chairs.

easy to find. spacious breakfast area & nice breakfast.excellent coffee. the evening meal was superb, especially the local Fritto Misto, which was the best we have ever had. good prices. strongly suggest you book there way before you go, as there are no other restaurants around , as it’s booked up by the locals. the delta boat trip is a must. nice family run hotel. staff very nice. good parking, very near to boat trip stop. if you have time ,adults take the 3 hour trip, & if you have children take the shorter one, much too tedious for kids.comfortable matress.

Good location for cycling trips, friendly staff, well-functioning Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast, and the room was clean and spacious enough. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, where you can also have a delicious lunch or dinner.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Room a basic hotel style double clean and well kept. Very helpful in storing our bicycles. Buffet breakfast plentiful. Good restaurant.

We stayed in this facility repeatedly after a year on our way back from vacation. We were again very satisfied. The restaurant is fantastic. Safe parking in the yard. We recommend! And we will come back again.

The hotel was good, the room turned out to be nearly an apartment and was accessible from a rooftop terrace. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The restaurant served delicious food and we were really happy with our stay.

Can't complain, there was everything we needed.

Good location for trips to the Delta del Po, you can rent bicycles just 100m away. Good air condition in the room. Very friendly people, also in the Ristorante...and the Pizza is just wonderful!

Good location if you want to spend some time in a quite place (the city is not big or populated). 15 min from a public=free, but well mantained beach, which you reach by going through a natural parc, quite interesting to see as a bonus, but it is better t o have a car. Considering the price, the breakfast is good. It in not as in bigger hotels, a somewhat more limited choice, or more italian "style"= not too heavy, but there is a bit of choice for different diets, incl. home-baked croissants. A nice and not overpriced restaurant right in the hotel, incl. dishes and pizza.

minor things that could be improved: I think th hotel could save on water if they update the tolets (the flush is somewhat not too intense), and some cosmetic issues in the shower (otherwise it is clean and fully functional)
