Nice and very clean room and commune area! The tenants were flexible for the schedule of our arrival, and offered very nicely to store our travel bikes inside. Grazie de nuovo! The fridge & microwave are a good point too!

(there was a strong odor in the bathroom, but it may be because of strong rains happening that day and coming from the sink & bidet)

Easily reachable from the train station by taking bus 1A, right in the city and accessible to public transport. Shops close nearby for food and staff speaks English as well.

You can hear anyone that walks to the lobby and sometimes it can be a bit loud for anyone that is resting.

The apartment consisting of three rooms and a kitchenette is very cosy, calm and elegant. All rooms have separate bathrooms. The historical centre is at the corner, so is the famous escalator of Potenza. The host Lello is a very kind and caring person, he gave us a lot of great recommendations.

For those who are new to Potenza - the city centre (and the apartment) is situated at the top of a steep hill. We made the mistake of walking to the apartment with all our luggage, so definitely take a taxi unless you are looking for some serious workout :)

The accomodation is located very close the city center. The host is very helfpul, friendly and hearty! The room was comfortable and I didn't miss anything here.

Location with no parking to find.

The location was excellent, just off via Pretoria, or pedestrian walkway in the historic center. Our host Lello, went above and beyond to meet our needs - arranging a taxi when we arrived at the train station, recommending great places to eat or to find things we wanted, and even helping communicate with the rental car place when we had an issue. He was really very helpful and pleansant.

No complaints.

The owner was super nice and recommended us a restaurant where we spent an amazing evening (una festa grande! ;) The room has a special atmosphere and bad is very comfortable. Normal duvet! Which is really rare in Italy.

The shower is really narrow and could use some refebruishment. You can hear your neighbours very well. ;)
