It was beautiful, clean and cheerful with a small patio with lemons where we had breakfast. Conveniently close to the beach, with parking space.

Good breakfast and helpful host, good stop off place on the way to Reggio de Calabria

This recently renovated B&B has essentially all the conveniences of a boutique hotel. Electronic card access is available for everything, including the very convenient parking for our rental car. The facility was spotless, and the air conditioning in our room was super for our July visit. It is not in a major international city, so one cannot expect a high prevalence of English speakers on staff at hotels and restaurants. Still, Manuel has a good practical facility with English, and he and his colleagues are superb hosts. Do see your Booking.com instructions about notifying the B&B of your anticipated arrival time. We failed to do so, but they arrived to check us in quickly once we called the number on arrival. The breakfasts were excellent, and the options seafood grill on Friday night was amazing! We had delightful conversations with other guests over meals as well. The lodging is about 2 1/2 blocks from the beaches, half a block from the promenade, with its shops and cafés. We have absolutely no regret in spending a portion of our 20th wedding anniversary trip in this wonderful property.

The B & B is located in the historic center of Praia. The property has been restored and is extremely clean, well furnished with a modern contemporary style furniture and decor. Breakfast is well assorted of local homemade products. The staff is very polite, helpful and discreet. They offer an off street parking which makes it very convenient. Is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and local attractions in Praia a Mare. Highly recommended!!
