We were blown away by the superb service and quality of this hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful town, with convenient access to the many ski lifts in the area. There's underground parking a short walk from the hotel. The staff were all amazing - friendly, helpful, professional. The attention to detail is exceptional. As is the quality and selection of the food served for breakfast, snacks (yes, you read that right!), and for dinner. Dinners, in particular, are a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. There was a balcony with fantastic views of the mountains and of the town. We had a wonderful stay and highly HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff and great cuisine. I really recommend the multi-course dinners. We did a tasting of local specialties. The cuisine is top.

The car garage being a 100 meters away is a nuisance at times.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast, rich and varied. Very polite staff.

The bathroom, although very clean, was a bit outdated.

What stood out the most was the friendly, helpful and professional staff. Whenever we had a question or request, they went above and beyond to help out or find a solution. The hotel was neat and comfortable, apart from the facilities I read from the booking website they also organise activities like walking and skiing tours. When you make a reservation including the breakfast and dinner option, they offer an afternoon snack as well, with cakes and coffee.
