The pools, the design of communal areas, tastefully decorated lobby, the ambient scenting, the gardens, the facilities at the beach, the bay, the sea. The whole place is delightful. Good breakfast. Good location, Pula has a lively centre with restaurants, bars and gelato shops.

The standard rooms are very compact. But one doesn’t spend that much time in the room so is ok. The menu at the beach restaurant is the same for lunch and dinner (except for some salads that are only served at lunch). There could be a bit more variety.

Beautiful surroundings and gardens. Well designed and furnished with smallish rooms well kept and cleaned. No nearby facilities for small shopping or alternative eating within walking distance and rather bland surroundings. Staff friendly and well motivated. Dedicated restaurant with fair menu, but prices relatively high for a "captive audience" as no other facilities for eating. Drink and beverage prices surprisingly high, so if you want a snack at lunch, dinner and wine you need to set aside 150 to 200 euros per day minimum per couple. Breakfast OK, nothing out of the ordinary save for wasps that outnumber clients 10 to 1, an annoyance that really was uncomfortable. Taxi prices to and from Airport of Caligari eye-watering...... sbout 90 euros for 30 minute ride if booked from hotel. All in all, OK but not quite what we expected. However, this is the way holiday travel is pointing and why people are choosing other locations further east. In retrospect, better to choose a 5 star half board on Northern coast which, all things considered, might be a better deal..... or go to Dubai.... Again!!!

Hotel with a lot of charm Lush vegetation A patio with a small pond that invites relaxation Two beautifully designed pools with sun loungers and beds, as well as garden areas perfect for taking a nap. A private beach with sand and calm, crystal-clear water, ideal for swimming, with showers nearby. Most of the staff are smiling and helpful. The place is clean and tastefully decorated. Hello this is my Things to improve: A QR code to access the menu while at the beach or the pool, even though there’s always a server nearby. Ideally, an app to order would be perfect. I ordered a fruit platter by the pool — presentation is clearly not their strong point. Given the hotel’s standard, you’d expect better. A warmer welcome at breakfast — a smile costs nothing. Too bad the à la carte eggs come with an extra charge. A more welcoming check-in with fresh towels and a welcome drink. Someone to assist with luggage upon arrival.

Well presented hotel with direct access to pretty beach. Well situated for exploring Pula, Nora and nearby beaches. Comfortable accommodation.

Staff attentiveness could improve e.g. limited menu for children, had to ask for cutlery & seasoning, coffee served cold, buffet breakfast slow to be replenished, no explanation of what could be ordered from kitchen. Hotel manager dined for all meals with the guests.

it was tricky sometimes getting enough drinking water as the bar only sold small bottles (restaurant had large but not always open) and we only had 2 small bottles in the mini fridge each day. it would have been handy if the reception had a fridge with big bottles to buy or even better water dispensers to refill water bottles to reduce packaging.

The hotel has a special vibe, it is surrounded by plants, It has a small fish pond and it looks like you are somewhere in the tropics. The garden is amazing. The pools are clean and spacious and so is the bedroom. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we liked that everything was fresh. And you don’t have to bring beach towels or flip flops, they are waiting for you in the room, unless you are a child. Anyway would recommend the hotel

The pool is not heated. The minibar is lacking beverages and the pool bar has really high prices; one small draft beer costs 8€. The hotel should work on family orientation; no bathrobe for children, no flip flops, no additional amenities and even the beach towel was not waiting in the room, but was provided on request.

Stunning little hotel with beautiful gardens, gorgeous pools and a beach side restaurant. The location is perfect for Calgiari Airport and to walk into Pula for the restaurants and bars or to Nora for the archaeological site. Generous buffet breakfast by the pool. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

breakfast tea and coffee sachets in the room would have been preferable to fruit tea. The shrubs around our patio need pruning (it was a bit like being in the jungle!) The bar prices were over inflated (so we opted to drink at the lovely wine bar, Chari bistro, in Pula). A little information about the services at the hotel and about the local area could have been provided. Perhaps a booklet in the rooms or at reception?

Fabulous breakfast, lots of options, all delicious. Loved the gardens & the way the sun beds and hammocks were part of the garden as well as two beautiful pools. Always enough sun loungers and a lovely private beach 5 mins walk from your room.

Really couldn’t fault our stay.

Nice big rooms, pretty property in a secluded location.

The beach is not as advertised. It is very small and not atttactive. The breakfast is ok, maybe above average. There is a mechanical gate and I had to keep getting out of the car to press the button to get the front desk’s attention. There should be a way you can just have the gate open from your car. Like a press pad in a more convenient place.
