Wow what an enjoyable 4 day stay. The staff were all so very helpful and welcoming. The catering was sublime. Just great cooking and presentation every night. Thought we would try half board with a bit of trepidation. Instead, were blown away. The location was excellent for local walking in the mountains. The outdoor pool facilities in particular were excellent. Cannot recommend the outdoor wilderness pool more highly. A highlight of our stay. So simple - filter the water through 5000 plants ... the rest is pure joy.

A minor point but dont like memory foam matresses

Best spa facilities we have been to! The restaurant and bar were also amazing! But the highlight was the lake, yard, garden etc. Just enchanting. The staff was lovely, despite only offering German and Italian language (we did later hear English being spoken too). We especially liked the barmen and the staff in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was super tasty and versatile, the lady preparing the eggs on the spot does an awesome job.

It is on a sort of busy street and it was too loud in our room which was facing the street/mountain so we did not get the sleep we were hoping for. Perhaps better isolation windows would help.

Absolutely exceptional stay - beautiful location between two mountains, great facilities with pools and a wellness area, perfectly clean, supremely tasty and delicious breakfasts and dinners, great wine and above all excellent, friendly and homely service !

Great service and don't miss the halfboard, the dinners were super delicious. Kudos to the whole team for making a memorable experience for the guests. Location is excellent, the bus stop is very close if you don't want to use the car to move around.

Drinks at dinner a bit pricey.

Staff is incredibly attentive, the food is gastronomic level, and the facilities are modern and spacious

Nice family hotel. Very good breakfast, professional and friendly staff. Fantastic after-dinner dinners. I recommend visiting this hotel.

The natural, outdoor pool is the highlight for me for sure. They have a normal pool too, but the natural pool was great! The breakfast buffet was good. There was ample parking. if you stay in the connecting building, you get to use the garage. The balcony was spacious.

It was very hot and there was no aircon. The hotel did bring a fan, which helped considerably.

junior suite on mountain side is next to main road. Noise insulation is excellent. As there is no a/c street noise above average with open windows.
