The property is right on the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful (since I have a really large car, they made sure I get a spot in their paid parking that is easy to get in and out of). Since I traveled on my birthday, I got upgraded to their suite that was huge and cozy with an amazing view. The breakfast was top-notch.

I just couldn’t get the air conditioning to work in my room, but luckily the night was nice and cool so I simply opened the windows. Other two rooms didn’t have the problem though.

The location of Hotel Astor was wonderful. Parking was easy to find (right across the street) and secure. The hotel lobby and grounds were extremely pleasant, aesthetically pleasing, and relaxing. The breakfast that was included was delicious, and there was a wide variety of food options. The room was clean, and the size was not too bad for three people. It was great to have a balcony as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and a lot of clothing storage was available. We visited when the weather was hot and humid, with the occasional thunderstorm. We were so grateful that the air conditioner worked well!

The bathroom was pretty small for a room that accommodated three people. Because of its odd shape, combined with its small size, it felt challenging to move around. The shower was one of those corner ones that provided barely enough room to raise your arms to wash your hair, and some of the metal parts looked like they were rusting. The bathroom seemed much older and outdated than anything else in the hotel.

Best location - 30 sec away from a beautiful beach ( you have to pay the sun loungers & umbrella separately at the beach. I’d recommend Gustofino beach: amazing food, top service, tranquil and very clean ). Delicious breakfast: fresh and various choices for all. Quiet and close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Parking for free on the little streets next to the hotel The reception team is very polite and the gentleman makes an amazing Aperol Spritz :) The garden is a great oasis for an evening drink and chill :) Everyday cleaning, our room was spotless ever single day & towels changed daily.

The double beds are actually 2 separate mattresses and that’s a bit uncomfortable during night time, but nothing dramatic

Good location very near to the beach. Very friendly people who are always helpful.

Could be cleaner, especially if there are frequently new guests. Some hair from other guests I could find everywhere in the bathroom and room. Make some careful checkings of the cleaning to make sure that it’s done as it should be. Parking is payable possible with very narrow shunting with cars parking opposite the entrance/exit making it risky to damage.

Our comfortable room, the spacious balcony and the beautiful ocean view. The modern bathroom, daily clean towels, ample wardrobe space, the bar fridge, the airconditioning, the friendly, considerate cleaning lady. The fantastic breakfast every morning and to be greeted with a loud 'Buon Giorno!' We stayed for a week but should have booked for longer!

The lift is very small and not wheelchair-friendly. But apart from that there is absolutely nothing we could complain about.

The staff was great, especially our waiter, Domenico at breakfast. :) Breakfast is ok, not much variety, but delicious and available until 11am. You can eat in the garden and listen to nice music. Reserved parking available, big parking spaces for SUVs to fit as well. Very close to the beach - sun beds and umbrella rental available through the hotel for 18 Euro/ day, wich is cheaper, then renting at the beach. Room is ok, great big fridge; air conditioner works fine. Only italian TV channels available - Samsung Smart TV, no Netflix login possible.

The room was very loud, especially on the weekend. You can hear the loud music and people through the closed window. The walls are very thin - you can hear the snoring from the neighbour room. The cleaning is ok, but already starts before 8am and there is no chance to have long sleep even after telling the receptionist to start cleqning later or be a bit more quite.

The Astor Hotel is a quiet location ideal for families who want a friendly, quiet, comfortable and relaxing environment. Hotel Astor has its own covered parking for a small fee. The rooms are simple, easy to maintain, clean, air conditioned, balcony, small fridge, TV. side view to the sea. It is cleaned daily and towels are changed. The varied and very good breakfast can be served on the terrace, in the evening the bar is open and there is a terrace and tables in the garden. All this is done under the attention and professionalism of the owner of the hotel who is permanently there and of the hotel staff, not least Bianca, at the reception, she gives you all the information to make your stay as you dreamed she can offer you sunbeds in the area reserved for the hotel at a reduced price and suggestions about restaurants etc.. Congratulations! We will come back.

Everything ok

The ambiance of the hotel is quiet and molto tranquillo. Staff is great, nice, and attentive. Breakfast spread is superb. There are so many choices (sweet and savory). The view from our room is amazing. There's a water dispenser for free water. There's no restaurant at the hotel, but just right in front of it, there's a pizzeria (two-thumbs up). The hotel is very near to the beach, restaurants, shops and game areas for kids. The hotel has a bar for coffee and cocktails, and they also serve very good gelato.

Staff was really helpful and nice as we arrived late at night-we got detailed instructions how and where to enter the hotel. Room was nice and clean with a balcony overlooking the garden. We could park just in front of the hotel. The best thing I can praise is an excellent breakfast, with all possible varieties you could want to eat and drink. It was great to eat it in the beautiful grassy garden and enjoy the sun. The beach is just behind the hotel, clean, wide and nice.

Furniture is a bit older, but still clean and comfortable.

Breakfasts, attention to all guest needs as hotel is small and it`s family business. Very good technical condition and beds. Nice beach just around the corner

It`s not about hotel but about town. 1. Only beach activities are available 2. You can rent a bike but quite overpriced but you can run along the sea side 3. If you are with car please mind parking if limited and not free 4. If you need to use a bus service...it`s very limited
