The property was lovely, modern and clean. Exceeded expectations from the online photos, the room was large with a double balcony and plenty of storage. The location was great, over the road to the train station. We were unexpectedly offered an airport shuffle from the staff which was really helpful considering the flight was so late, also well priced being only €10! Every staff member we encountered were all so kind and considerate.

The only small downfall was the noise, though this is no fault to the owners, simply due to the location being so close to a road and train station.

This is a perfect place to stay in Reggio Calabria. We arrived from the central train station and it is literally just across the road, maybe 20 metres to walk. The owner Dario was very kind, he greeted us at the door, showed us to our room, was there to answer any questions and he even was kind enough to arrange our transport to the airport in the very early morning 3.55 am for our early flight, we were able to arrange this before we arrived via WhatsApps chat. Our room here is excellent, it is a huge room, lovely decoration, nice tall ceiling, good aircon, everything you could possibly need, it has been well thought of. Even the small touches like extra plugs that work with EU adapter. We will stay here again when we return to Reggio Calabria in the winter, the place is in a very good central location and really it is as good as staying in a nice hotel. Thank you so much for everything, we really appreciate it.

Excellent location (right by train station), comfy bed + good shower. Would return if heading to\from Sicilia and points north. Staff pleasant and helpful. Thank you! 😊

Room was very warm on arrival but was able to turn on air conditioning which helped. It's been very hot this summer in Italy, so it's probably not easy to keep rooms cool if not in use. Otherwise, all good.

Very close to the main railway station. Room was big, as was the bed. Alexandro picked me up from the airport at midnight (€10). His English is not good, but better than my Italian!

Included breakfast is in a cafe a short walk away. I only got a coffee and OJ, but I suspect more of a language problem. Fair bit of noise in the morning from some local construction works.

Location was ideal for us as we were heading straight to the train station early the next day. Staff were helpful and gave us useful information and arranged airport transfers.

The traffic and street noise was so loud and continued till the early hours, so our sleep wasn't as good as it may of been.

The owner is a great guy. They also provide airport transfers which is really helpful. Great location in the center, next to the train station. There is coffee in the kitchen. The room and the bathroom are spacious. There is a balcony facing Etna. It is also, a great place for summer vacation.

The owner was amazing, offered a collection at the airport even though we arrived quite late. Easy and quick communication (albeit only in Italian). We've selected this location due to an early train and it was perfect - the train station is right across the street.

We stayed just 1 night but the location near the train station was amazing! We used this place as an overnight stay on our way to Roma from Bari :) For this purpose it was perfect. Literally less than a minute walk from the train station.

There is a main road going under the window so it might get a bit noisy sometimes. But it was not a big deal :)

I would have preferred written details of where to locate our breakfast. We didn’t have internet as too. As we arrived do we had some difficulty finding the cafe.

Super helpful staff - offering luggage storage even though there's no fully staffed 24-hour front desk. And helping me solve my problem when I had a travel mix up and needed to stay an extra night in the city. Location just across from the main station and a short walk from the city centre
