The hotel is very equipped, clean and staffs are very kind and helpful

The only thing that should be improved is about air conditioner, i woke up at the middle of the night sweating because the air condition stopped. I put it in 10 degree then 15 then 20 and return it to 15 again. I don’t know why it only worked daytime but by night the aircon stopped working. But other than that everything was superb!

Very good hotel. Late check-in is a plus, it has a swimming pool, delicious and very rich breakfast is definitely worth it. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel. ✨

The room was good, the hotel is a couple of minutes from the beach, and also maybe 15 mins from the center.

The parking is sometimes difficult to find.

Nice town with good sea, beaches, shops and so on. Beach is about 7 minutes by foot. Clean hotel and room. Parking (10 minutes away) is included. Room is small, but it’s common in this place.

Breakfast could be better. Economy option. A lot of bakery, but it’s lack of vegetables and fruits, normal juices and cheese/meat snacks.

It was a good breakfast. Staff is friendly. They should learn some better English, some of the staff was hard to communicate whit.

Party place, alot of noisy middle age kids, sleeping on every couch all around in the hotel. Alot of screaming in the hallways, knocking on doors, music. The rooms is very very noisy. They said the pool was heated wich it.s not. It is much colder than the sea. We choosed this hotell cause of the heated pool.

I was very surprised when we asked the receptionist if she could call us a taxi to get to the train station (having two small kids and luggage)which is quite far from the hotel, we were told they don't provide this service, gave us a business card and we had to call it ourselves. It is a small thing but she could have been more helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, with a garden and a pool

The cleanliness was very low. The fridge in our room had a bad smell and was incredibly dirty, the shower was broken as was the flushing sistem for the toilet. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working and had awful smell.

The location was great.

The change of towels and the cleaning of the room was every 10 days which is not too frequent especially for someone who’s staying for a longer period of time. For additional change of towels you have to pay which wasn't said first when I arrived. I also didn't receive a key to the money safe. There were no toiletries like shampoo or conditioner in the room. One of the receptionists is not very polite and doesn’t speak English well which created a language barrier and made it hard to communicate with her. During my stay there was a problem with wifi which took them 1,5 days to fix which for someone who’s on workation is horrible and creates a lot of stress. I tried asking for a refund for 1,5 days because of the wifi situation, I couldn't work and it wasn't processed. Do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.
