We had an absolutely delightful stay! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. The swimming pool area was cozy and peaceful. And the breakfast – it was simply fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. Moreover, the hotel's location couldn't be any better! Being right in the heart of the city made it super convenient for us to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants with ease. Another plus is that they're dog friendly! Would definitely stay again.

The only minor downsides were the slightly dim balcony and bathroom. Nonetheless, they were far outweighed by the many positives.

Has everything you need for a short stay. Lovely breakfast spreads with plenty of options. The room was a little small but perfect for what you need - large wardrobe, good sized shower and bathroom and a very short walk to the beach. It’s also very close to restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend.

I didn't like that the refrigerator, because of which we chose that hotel, she didn't caress at all I needed to store a medicine in it that required a temperature of 6-8 degrees Celsius, as a result of not reaching this temperature, I had to stop the treatment and throw away the expensive medicine because it was degraded.

The super friendly, helpful and kind lady in the reception. Overall, the staff was excellent. The breakfast was perfect and delicious ,with a great variety of sweet and savory options. The location was very good and easy to access to the city center and the train station

Thin walls

Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was small but had everything we needed and it was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was varied, particularly if you have a sweet tooth. It was my birthday when we stayed and the team surprised me with a little home-made birthday cake when we arrived in the breakfast room. What a lovely idea and very tasty as well!

Nothing that is not to like.

We did love the breakfast, plenty of choices available and the staff was very efficient and helpful. The hotel is only few minutes walking from the city centre but it's not noisy. Lot of space in our room, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm and there was also a nice little balcony facing the sea.

Unfortunately we found hair in the shower however the rest of the bathroom and the room were clean.

Th breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is perfect. It's right in the centre of Riccione, very close to the beach and close also to many restaurants.

Nothing, everything was great.

Very nice interior design in the rooms, minimalistic/Japanese with sliding doors, warm and elegant. Quiet area but very close to the center. Very good breakfast and service.

I was told I would get sea view but instead had a room facing other buildings and the mountains!

The staff is beyond standards for sure polite and responsive. The breskfast is more than sufficient for everybody. Rooms are clean.

There was nothing I disliked.
