Location! 100 m from beach, 100 m from promenade. Staff was wonderfull, Romina was very nice, the animators for kids :) Big pool. We like this hotel, its smaller, familiar.

Very poor breakfast, only sweets, not a single piece of vegetables! Scrambled eggs was gone in two minutes, just few pices of cheese and ham. Breakfast was starting at 8.00, if you came after 8.03, you had only sweets, everything was gone.... We had children's mixed soup in small bowl for lunch for 10 euros! If there is an improvement in the breakfast - more variety of foods and PLEASE VEGETABLES - we deffinitely come back. Weird historical quiz from weird old man in the evening in the bar :D

Our room was very nice, although a little small. Newly renovated toilet which was top-notch! Unfortunately we did not have a balcony - but - we found a BIG outdoor terrace with big lounge sofas, where we could enjoy pool view with our cold drinks in the afternoon/evening. That was a big +! The staff was absolutely great, very friendly and helpful! The Animation team was also a big surprise, which was highly appreciated. A big shoutout to the lovely team!!! Breakfast was great - a lot to choose from and very tasty. Perfect with parking on site to a very reasonable price. Nice pool area with a lot of sunbeds, and very close to the beach.

All was good. But there is always room for improvement :-) For rooms without balconies, it would be great with better possibilities to dry wet swimwear. For example a drying rack just outside the window, would be great. There was not really so much space to use the drying opportunities at the room.

Hello my Italian friends - true words to true people :) Thank you for accommodations and atmosfere! It was pleasure for me to be in Hotel Milano-Helvetia. This what I write is below is for hotel crew to increase your service level. Why? To be perfect - yes, you are very close for this state so please don't take my words as a just empty criticism. First: I suggest that stuff in restaurants or in reception should ask guests if breakfast or accommodations is good enough. It will help you (and guests) to avoid for misunderstanding between client expectations and your imagination of good service level. From my perspective (Polish) breakfast was under my expectation and experience that I had from previous trips to Spain, Greece or Turkey. Today I know that it was typical Italian breakfast for Italians (sweets, cookies) good and standard. We expected to see more tomato, chese (like mozarella), fruits/vegetables (olives, grape, watermeton, orange, figs). But for sure this what we tried was fresh and tasted good (specially for our kids :) ). Second: Service room - jut perfect. Always on time, discreet and accurate. Thirdly: Reception always available and patient. I saw situation where some man who was spoken in Spanish or he has problem to talk clear in Italian (maybe after: "colpo") was trying to explain to receptionist how he would like to pay. Just one sentence for my side to receptionist: You was perfect with this very difficult customer - my true respect! Today I understand that Hotel Milano-Helvetia is always open for feedback and is flexible to make a difference. Why ? Because isn't oriented for mass tourists. I understood that too late and that's why I write this comment. Maybe if I ask for something different (breakfast) I wouldn't be so angry every morning where there wasn't a table for my room. What is/was the key? - Conversation.

Every day I couldn't find my table for breakfast. Crew was surprised (everyday) that we have booked breakfast.

Very central, super close to the beach with private beach access (beach section provides hotel guests access), very polite staff and supportive. Great and clean pool in the backyard. The area is busy since it’s close to the harbor and in the city center, so the traffic is hard to ignore and at times it gets a bit noisy. However, I would recommend this place and would always come back. Good value for the money and no compromises on service, location and activities.

The noise level on the road facing part of the building was a bit high. Not due to party crowds, but purely traffic. If windows were upgraded to isolate the sound a bit more, the issue would not be worth mentioning.

We booked bed and breakfast but experienced poor organisation for breakfast each morning - despite repeated requests to book a table we had to ask again every morning

Nice pool, staff was amazing, friendly and helpful creating an excellent atmosphere.

"All inclusive" it should include drinks and beverages at the bar too.

Worn out towels, sometimes they had a big holes. The paid parking is not the safe place for your car. Cars are parked too close and there is no whether protection.
