Very good breakfast! Really lovely, helpful, smily staff! Bus stops are really close. I could see the sea from my balcony. There was an electronic roll top to block the morning sunlight, amazing!!
The bed could be a bit more comfy. The walls are so thin that I could hear all the children screams til 0.30 am, I needed earplugs to sleep.

The room was clean, the furniture is new, it's very modern, the AC worked well, close to the beach
The shower had a big crack and it was running for an hour after each use. We had 4 people in a room, 3 adults and a teen, and for four people there is very little space. But for the family of 3 it's enough

The exterior walls were very well sound proofed but you could hear people in the corridors. Wasn't a big deal as it was only in the morning when people were leaving.

Generous breakfast. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Spacious terrace. Well-functioning air conditioning. Close to the beach and airport.
The room floor was not so clean on arrival.

Professional stuff, nice renovated rooms, value for money. Finaly solid renovated Rimini hotel which is opened and heated in winter for Sigep and have normal price.
Breakfast is ok but could be better.
