We had a very smooth checkin, and were nicely greeted by the hotel team. We did a last minute booking so we were super tired and really wanted to go to bed as soon as possible. The receptionist was super nice and made sure we get to our room as quickly as possible. They also offered parking on site for additional 10 Eur.

We had multiple stains on the bed sheets, which was not so nice. During high season it can get loud from the people partying in the bars next door.

Very good breakfast! Really lovely, helpful, smily staff! Bus stops are really close. I could see the sea from my balcony. There was an electronic roll top to block the morning sunlight, amazing!!

The bed could be a bit more comfy. The walls are so thin that I could hear all the children screams til 0.30 am, I needed earplugs to sleep.

The room was clean, the furniture is new, it's very modern, the AC worked well, close to the beach

The shower had a big crack and it was running for an hour after each use. We had 4 people in a room, 3 adults and a teen, and for four people there is very little space. But for the family of 3 it's enough

The exterior walls were very well sound proofed but you could hear people in the corridors. Wasn't a big deal as it was only in the morning when people were leaving.

Generous breakfast. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Spacious terrace. Well-functioning air conditioning. Close to the beach and airport.

The room floor was not so clean on arrival.

Professional stuff, nice renovated rooms, value for money. Finaly solid renovated Rimini hotel which is opened and heated in winter for Sigep and have normal price.

Breakfast is ok but could be better.
