Lovely hotel. The room was extremely clean. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and always smiling. It was great that we could use the swimming pool in the sister hotel just 1 minute from our hotel, even though the beach was literally across the road.. The local street entertainment was also free with seating provided.. San Marino is well worth visiting, just 30 min away from our hotel.. The Lime scooter rental really worth trying too..

Me personally, I think breakfast might be better as self serve (maybe there is a reason why it's not), but I was more than happy with the selection offered..

Very nice & helpful staff especially Rose & Besmir (special thanks to Rose for everything), breakfast was good but cakes& pies were delicious. The room was clean everyday, just 4 Minutes to the beach.

The accommodation was very pleasant and quiet and within short walking distance from the beach! It's located in an amaxing neighborhood and the road to thr city center, although a 40mins walk, is fascinating with long sidewalks shaded with massive trees. The staff were incredibly welcoming and rapidly responsive. They spoke very good English and offered suggestions on attractions and where to dine etc. The room was cleaned every single day and spotless.

Neverthelss food was good. Although there is variaty of food. As a 4 star hotel, I would like to see change (1-2) of food during the week. If you stay 1 week or more and eat same food, that become boring.

Only shower cabine is to small. But that didn't change our pleasure during our stay.

Staff is friendly and polite. Everyday-cleaning is good. Towels and bed linen are white and refreshed daily. Amazing pool with clear water and attentive lifesaver. There was typical Italian breakfast, but enough for us. Cozy balkony with seaview. Very close to the beach, variety of restaurants and the center of Rivabella.
