Housekeeping came by every morning without fail, ensuring everything was perfectly clean and fresh. It made the whole el luxurious and worry-free. One of the best parts? The location! The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the beach, which makes it so easy to enjoy the sea and relax in a peaceful, calm atmosphere. The entire area around the hotel is quiet and serene, perfect for anyone looking to truly unwind. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Location was perfect for us, it’s about 15 minutes by walk from airport and about 5 minutes to the closest beach. You need 5 minutes more to come to the public beach. Train stop is about 10 minutes, that’s the reason why you can hear the trains, but it’s still manageable and it doesn’t interrupt your comfort too much. On the beginning we had older room, which was not mentioned on booking, but after asking personal to change the room we got the new, much better looking room immediately on next morning after breakfast (on the pictures you can see the older and newer room). Air conditioning worked perfect, room was daily cleaned up, good job. Breakfast are the same every day, not too much to choose (no fruit or vegetable), but anyway you have everything what you need. The bakery was always fresh and tasty. Personal is very nice and friendly, always open to help.

Noise from the street in all hotels. But if you close the windows everything is solvable. Moreover, there is air conditioning. This small nuance did not spoil the good impression. Thank you!!!

the hotel is modest but clean and located very close to the beach. the owners are what made our stay so special. Paolo and his family were extremely helpful and friendly. we had several special requests that they fulfilled with enthusiasm and friendliness :)

Perfect service from the hotel owner/staff. They managed to accomodate us early in the morning on our arrival and allowed us late check-out. They really do take care and make you feel welcome. Very good location at the edge of town, not so crowded/noisy area, but in a walking distance to everything, even airport. The hotel is very nice, beds are comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Shower is working well, even without a tub, no fear of water in the room. Excellent breakfast, variety of cakes etc. - you never see an empty plate there, food is being constantly replenished the whole time. A definite recommendation for a stay in Rimini.

For several years we going to this hotel and, as always, we are satisfied. Very friendly staff, clean and cozy, like home, good location and reasonable prices,tasty breakfast with a good choice ! We can highly recommend it!

I was a bit late in writing this review but if I have to choose one thing which we all liked more than anything else, then it has to be Paolo. Paolo's hospitality is simply mind blowing. Humble, always answering with a smile. On top of that, there's fresh warm bread rolls and cakes everyday morning. The rooms are cleaned everyday and properly. And don't forget to ask Paolo about the discounts for the beach, and the restaurants. We got to know about those later, could've saved some money. I would definitely come back and so would my friends. Can totally recommend with eyes closed.

Clean rooms, daily cleaning, breakfasts were very good, the owner and all personnel were incredible. The location is perfect, couple minutes to the beach, very calm area, one of the most popular bistro and ice cream place were couple minutes from the hotel. We walked from and to the airport, took us cca 12 minutes.
