From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness, making us feel right at home. The team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, always with a smile and incredible professionalism. The gastronomy here is simply out of this world! Every meal was a delightful experience, with a menu bursting with fresh, flavorful dishes that catered to every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was an absolute highlight, beautifully presented and utterly delicious. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and perfectly suited for families, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the ideal place to relax and create lasting memories. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

This hotel is a very beautiful and clean place. We had a see view room and it’s was It was much more beautiful than we expected. The dining area here is very nice and the service and food is also great. A lady named Cinda took very good care of us.

We had given our passports for checking. Receptionist did not return the passport still 6 hours to us. He kept our passports aside and was having a conversation on the telephone. We told him that it was not safe to keep our passports like this, but he said that he was very busy. After that, he behaved with an angry face towards us.

We had an incredible stay in Hotel Nuova Medusa. The staff was professional and they made us feel welcomed from the very beginning. They were always in a good mood and helped us with everything we needed. The food here was exceptional - everything was tasty. Rooms were always clean and the sea view from balcony was perfect. We recommend this hotel for your future traveling in Rimini. 11/10 experience. Thank you for an amazing stay🫶🏼

The hotel is very clean. All the staff including the boss were very friendly and warm and met all our desires. Every day it was a feast, feast of wonderful food, cooked from high talented chefs. Everyday different dishes.. we recommend to everyone.

My husband and I spend a wonderful week at the Nuova Medusa Hotel. Everyone is very accommodating and available for all questions and help.
