The little hotel in the ideal location, with the beach right on your doorstep. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and a little sitting room. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Her warmth and hospitality added a special touch to the whole experience. She gave us some very good practical advice and talked us through the amenities. Remember to use a resident discount at the nice restaurant adjusted to the property. Thank you Anastasya for everything. We hope to be back one day.

The Residence can be easily located and with its own private parking (you should call or send a message in advance for reservation because it's limited). We love the location. It's very near to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment we were in had a good size and soundproofed, recommended for family. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Overall, we had a good and comfortable 3-night stay

I don't know if a vending machine for beverages like water, some juices, and soda was available. I didn't see one, only the coffee vending machine was at the reception area. Making it available will be a big plus :)

Nice apartment, with a small kitchen, A/C in each room, and two small balconies. Excellent location to the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The windows overlook an alley between the houses, and when the restaurant staff throws out glass trash, it is very loud, even with the windows closed. The entrance to the bathroom/toilet through the bedroom, when traveling in a larger group, can cause some inconvenience.

The beach very close. It was very clean, I had air conditioning,Tv. Very helpful,kind host, we got along very well with her.I spoke Spanish with the host.

On the first evening we did not have hot water, due to some technical fault... we would have liked to have been notified when we arrived, we only found out in the evening when we wanted to take a shower, it is not known for sure if the problem was already there when we arrived or in the evening.....but the next day it was solved with hot water. Everything else was super ok.

Large and spacious room with two rooms, the Internet worked great, all my additional requests and wishes were satisfied. At the reception there is charming Anastasia, many thanks to her for her care.

Host is exceptional, the location is perfect very close to the beach, downstairs is a restaurant where you have 10% off with the room card, the food is great there.

I think there on balcony should be a umbrella or something because the sun come from morning until evening and it is like impossible to sit on the balcony😕

It's a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is really ideal for a family with small kids. The staff, especially miss Anastasia was really welcoming and very helpful. My kids adore the shower and our bedroom.
