Location was on the edge of the old town and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Property was spacious and had a bathroom for each bedroom.

Parking nearby was not easy and ended up having a 10-minute walk after navigating some very tight streets trying to, unsuccessfully, find parking nearby. Note that parking is metered. It could be quite noisy into the evenings and early mornings.

A perfect location and an excellent welcome.

The bathrooms require remedial work. We experienced loose toilet seats and shower heads that sprayed over shower screens.

For every family their own room and batfroom. Helpful owner.

Less of kitchen assets.

The location was good, close to restaurants, stores, train station, and the port. The apartment was very roomy, A large kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

There was a wall lizard in one of the bedrooms. I notified the host but nothing was done to remove it. There was a heavy bleach smell when we first arrived.

When we got there we were told the last guest broke a toilet seat bolt and a shower was not usable because the drain was clogged. But both the other showers and bathroom sinks had very slow drains. One shower the water shot out of the side of the shower head so strong it splashed onto the ceiling damaging it. The a/c units had a lock that controlled the power. The key was locked to the front door key. So when you leave you are forced to shut off the power to the a/c. So we had to come back to a rather warm apartment after spending the day in Pompeii. Finally there was no place to park except on a very busy street. When I searched for places to stay I clicked on places that had parking. Driving around looking for a spot and then having to walk a kilometer dragging luggage is not what I consider "having parking". Booking needs a selection of reserved parking.
