Nice room and plenty of amenities for children. There is playroom filled with toys and games to keep children busy especially when the weather is bad. There's also a playground outdoor just for the guests... amazing!

Perhaps breakfast could start earlier than 8. It would accommodate families with children who normally wake up before:)

Excelent breakfests and very nice and pleasure garden and hotel environment. Beach was very close and easy to go there.

Great parking for my motorcycle. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Walking distance on the riviera, good location.

Located close to motorway network. Plenty of cafes/restaurants in the vicinity, plus a nearby supermarket. The hotel is one street away from the beach. Hotel room was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was superb with plenty of variety, eg bacon and eggs, yogurts, breads, croissants and spreads, cereals and tea/coffee. Pretty garden to sit in. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities available. After a long day travelling, a cup of tea or coffee is welcome. I felt this let the standard of the hotel down a little. The price of the room obviously reflects its location of being close to the sea, but I personally felt the cost was a little high.

The position of the hotel directly at the beach is quite nice. The parking lot is helpful, the garden pretty and the playground was nice. It was always very clean. For our dog there was water prepared when we arrived. The technician arrived within quite a short amount of time at night.

The room was not the prettiest and quite narrow. The stay was rather expensive for the room provided. I am used to better for the same price. The main building is beautiful from the outside, but the inside, especially the restaurant area, was not my taste. It did not fit the outside look of an old Italian villa. The beach belonging to the hotel is not included in the hotel price! It costs 20-30€ per day additionally to go to the hotel's beach! We informed the reception on the first day that the air conditioning required cleaning (see attached photo with the note), which was ignored during our stay. The air conditioning randomly turns off. A lot of settings are centrally controlled, it assume that the air conditioning is intentionally turned off or limited during the day. At night, however, the air conditioning continuously provides freezing cold air, regardless of which temperature you set in the controller. So you have the choice between constant cold air flow and freezing or air conditioning off and sweating. The controller only shows the set temperature, not the current one. The worst point however: My wife was locked in the bathroom for an hour between 2115 and 2220, because the bathroom doorknob broke and did not more the piston anymore. She did not lock the door, she just closed it. The technician had to break into the bathroom to free her, which took a while. Fortunately it was not our 4-year-old son in the bathroom...
