Villa Lilla has a very nice atmosphere, run by a lovely family who lives on the premises. They run a home restaurant in their garden from Thursday to Sunday, serving excellent pizza. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast coupons can be used in a local bakery down the street. They provide you with free bikes, which was really great.

The location was a bit on the side from the city centre and the area as such is not particularly nice, it's a residential area. However, the little house with the garden is pretty, and there are a few cafes, grocery stores and a gelateria close by. It's also just a few minutes down to the seafront by bike. It's good to remember that a regular breakfast in Italy consists of a coffee and a croissant or pastry, so don't expect a full continental breakfast.

Located just a little outside of the city centre, so quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Beach was close by and as a bonus, room price was inclusive of sunbeds in one of the beach clubs! Room was spacious, spotless and confortable, additionally it had space for two large suitcases, even when open, Great! Good sized, clean and well functioning bathroom. Really nice and friendly owners are living in the same building, so always available. Thank you for your hospitality, the pizza evening and Especially Thank You for your Father for driving us to the train station early in the morning!

The location of Villa Lilla was excellent Set in a quiet street with a large supermarket just 2 mins away and a 5 minute walk to the beach The hosts at Villa Lilla were so kind and accommodating nothing was too much trouble for them In our room we had a lovely coffee machine a kettle and baskets filled with cakes biscuits toast and jam . In the fridge we had soft drinks water yoghurt Also we were given vouchers to have coffee and pastries in a lovely cafe nearby every morning. The room was pretty and very comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained . Local buses run frequently if you want to explore the local area.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is in good location, away from loud clubs, but close to the beach. There are 2 bikes and a spot in beach club near by (2 sunbeds and an umbrella) included in the price of the room. San Benedetto has really nice biking roads and you can get easily to every beach entrance or City Center. You can also use the kitchen and there is a mini freezer in every room. The hosts are extremaly nice people which are always ready to help and give advice.

The room was huge, very clean with a lovely smell, and beautifully furbished and decorated. The house is in a quiet area with shops nearby and in a few minutes walk to the beach. Antonio was very helpful all the time making our stay unforgetable.

The stay at the accommodation was exceptional. Location a few minutes walk to the center. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast near the accommodation. We will definitely be back.

Location. It was an easy walk to beach. Staff friendly and helped bring luggage up stairs. Room was nice sized. Other room was family room, with 2 bedrooms. Both had balconies. It was clean and owners' son was friendly and shared toys with our grandkids. Breakfast was at a cafe not far from the place. Coffee and pastries were good and staff there friendly.

Toddler had an accident first night, so we removed sheets and put them on the floor. The bed was made up without new sheets. When asked about good local restaurant, we were told there are restaurants in the area. Later, I inquired about somewhere to get something light for dinner and didn't get a response till we were on our way somewhere we found. To get towels for the beach, we paid 5 euros for each one.

It was clean , close to the beach, quiet. Friendly staff.
