I booked this hotel based on the closeness to the airport for an early flight and guest surveys reporting good food available. The hotel is easy to find and situated in an almost dead area witch makes finding parking spots in front of the hotel easy. The building is old and the interior very old fashion, so old fashion that it is almost cute. I spite of being old and used the rooms and public areas are very clean. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and contains all you need for a short stay. A family driven hotel with family flair. If you are aware what you are booking, and the price you are paying for it, the hotel will not let you down They even have installed an elevator between the two floors in the building, and you get a decent Italian breakfast in the morning. But now to the best part. Situated at the ground floor there is a restaurant that serves almost ridiculously good traditional home made Italian food. I am fresh out of superlatives to describe how good the food is. The food is prepared and served by hardworking, no nonsense beautiful young Italians. It has been written so much literature about Bella Italia and the “Bellezza “ ,- this is it for me. I would trade fancy cars and posh shades for this a hundred times over. This was my first visit to the island, but I will be back asap just to eat here again.

I could mention noisy ventilators when turning on the bathroom lights and dark corridors but you will not even notice these charming faults after you have eaten your supper.

San Sperate is a nice village and just half hour form Cagliari by bus.

I have nothing to complain ' cos I had been very well .

Good quality/price ratio.

Town is not easily served by taxis, whose fares are close to rip-offs (take it or leave it-style) due the fact that taxis arrive from Cagliari.

Well received on arrival by all staffs and family Food and service was excellent cleaning perfect the team was always willing to assist. Very great location and good people to all there guests and for me that is 100%. 11 May to 13 may. Christopher

Arriving to the hotel and nobody is there, nor the phone was picked-up. No WIFI available in the room, Heating not always working.

Complicated arrival. The hotel does not help with that. Do not know English. I walked a lot with all the equipment, and it took a lot of phone time to explain that I could not find the place. I immediately booked a taxi the next day to get to the airport. In the morning the taxi did not arrive and I was late and did not know how to help or give answers. They said the driver did not answer. I tried to have them explain over a bus. They said there was none and went to arrange rooms. I was left unanswered.

The dinner was excellent.

The table in the room was broken. They made mistakes on both invoices (dinner and room).

Dirty. There were bugs. No mosquito net. It looked like a place that charges for the hour... The water in the shower did not flow and kept rising. We heard all the neighbors and they were very loud. Even the guy next door snoring.
