Beautiful location and lovely reception staff and a very nice room. The restaurant for us was the exceptional part of this stay,the food was amazing. We've been touring Italy for 2 weeks and this was by far the best meal we had on our trip 10/10! Breakfast was also very nice. Parking for our motorbike was in the courtyard and secure so perfect!

Albeit the room was nice with a beautiful view, I wouldn't class it as a deluxe double, as had some scuffed decor in parts, the shower cubicle seal was quite grubby and the bathroom finish in parts wasn't great. The towels weren't very big or luxurious for a deluxe room either. Pool towels weren’t good quality and albeit the pool was open, the hotel tub was not which was disappointing.

The breakfast was superb with a hot dish of scrambled egg and bacon plus the cold continental breakfast items. There was a good selection of fruit drinks and water. The coffee was as good as anywhere in Italy, however, you were restricted to two cups but you could purchase additional drinks.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, exceptional view from the top of the hill. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Spacious room with a balcony and great view. Very clean, high hygienic measures done. Brochure with interesting places and events in Piedmont available in the room. Garden, pool and exterior of the hotel was very charming.

To find a parking place for hotel guests was a bit confusing, despite being marked - there are different places to park the car - several spots are directly in front of the entrance gate, others are next to the restaurant (under the tower), and other ones are behind the main building - narrow gate on the left - marked with a sign (Parcheggio), and then under the trees or next to the wall. The last two are close to the hotel reception, but from the last one it is available only without lift (by stairs).

Wonderful stay, stunning location with panoramic views. Easy drives to the local towns and wineries. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Pool is fantastic. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. Rooms modern and comfortable.

Location was stunning. The hotel was calm, kind staff and with large room. Restaurant was excellent.

The wine we chose was a little young - hence a headache! The food was delicious and beautifully cooked.

You couldn’t ask for a better location to laze by the pool! The staff were super nice and worked a miracle to allow us to stay longer because it is a wonderful place.

Beds were soft by our Italian experiences, but just a tad too firm for us.

Really beautiful hotel with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The room was spacious and a very nice cot was provided for our baby. The breakfast was delicious and we booked the restaurant for dinner for one of the days and it had views over the village and beyond.

The staff at reception was not very informative. I had to press them for timings of the breakfast and where to find the swimming pool, which given the price of the rooms, would be a given. The property is located on a hill in Santa Vittoria and unless you have a car be prepared to pay a hefty fee for a taxi.

Very romantic location with fine Italian atmosphere. We enjoyed our staying at this hotel! Can recommend it to you if you love calm high quality rest. The breakfast was really good with variety of Italian cheeses and salami, delicious cappuccino and warm scrambled eggs. Also the view from the window was incredible.
