Breakfast , staff and facilities were 1st class.

To be honest, we had 1 evening meal and were disappointed. For example, the ‘mixed salad’ consisted of some lettuce and a chopped tomato. No dressing and very poor ingredients. The rest of the meal was also poor when compared to the food we experienced everywhere else on the island.

Our stay as couple was very nice. They upgraded our room for free with really nice view to see and monutains. Room was ncie and clean. Food was also nice. Though i could say prices could be for some items lower. For tht price we already had beeter experience. Especially drinks. But our stay was generally nice, staff was pleasent and wanted to fulfill our expectations.

Staff are friendly and totally support with information and an honest answer. The pool is great with an easy pool side service for drinks and snacks. Overall all staff were helpful and you knew they were there to help you. Great all round service! Overall the breakfast was good and well catered for gluten free food.

The bar and dining areas need to be softened up - it feels very industrial and formal in that respect. Adding some ceiling hung drapes and a little bit of colour would do a great deal to make the areas feel more relaxing and enjoyable to sit in.

Amazing and helpful staff at the reception. The best service in hospitality. I was not able to get to the hotel without a car. Giuliano has kindly offered to help with the transport and my check-in at the reception, who also told me about the e-bike rental in their hotel. Daniella offered me her help with booking taxis and some translation and provided kindly useful information on the countryside. Irina helped with our room request and . The staff at the reception are so professional and nice, that they made my journey better. (sorry if i misspelled some names)

The location of the hotel is very nice, only if you have a mobile transport like car or scooter or even bikes. Otherwise it's quite difficult to go from the hotel to the Dune, Porto pino, or nearby beaches.

We had a large, modern family room for four people (parents and two teenagers); there was a lot of wardrobe space and it never felt cramped, even with all four of us in. Breakfast (served between 7:00-10:00) was varied and superb; it satisfied even the older teenager who is constantly hungry. The pool was fantastic and very clean, it was never too busy (first week of August) which meant it felt very relaxing. There is a tennis court which can be hired (with balls and rackets) for 10 euros an hour. We only stayed for a couple of days so our impressions are limited, but everything was very clean, well-maintained and inviting, and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

A very minor issue - the bathroom in our bedroom needed updating, particularly the shower cubicle which was small and felt flimsy. Slightly disappointing when the room was so nice, but really not a problem as it was very clean, which is more important!

The hotel is located in a quiet area outside town but by the main road, so getting to various destinations by car was not a problem. The facilities were great, the room was very spacious, and we loved the pool. The hotel has got a restaurant that serves meals throughout a day, and breakfast foods were excellent and plenty. The hotel staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. You could finish your day with a cocktail or two in the hotel bar. Overall, it is a great place to stay and unwind.

The staff was great. They were very helpful in any situation and always friendly. I would stay here again and can recommend it to anyone who visits South Sardegna.

Nico’s bloody mary’s en service were the best i ever had. and luca Gaia en Wiliam were also verry good, friendly en professional. En the Gala was also verry good we feel lucky that we got to experience it 🙂

Everything was just perfect. Friendly staff, more than perfect kitchen. Hotel is located 15 minutes by car from the beach, but shuttle bus with beach service is available and works 2 times a day. Nice and relaxing stay is guaranteed:)
