The host was amazing she almost planned our whole holiday managed to speak and ask people the let us stay for new years eve and it was excellent such a unique experience, every morning when we go down for the delicious breakfast she would ask what was the plan and suggest where we should go and tell us what to avoid she suggested us 4 restaurants and all of them where excellent ! Defiantly will stay in the beautiful villa again such a positive vibe and beautiful ambient. Thank you Anna Maria and your husband see you again soon !

The host were very helpfull and kind. The airco in our room did not work one day. But the next day it was replaced and the next evening we found a bottle of white wine in a wine cooler in our room.

We asked for extra moka and she made us! Breakfast was great, croisants, fruits, cakes, joghurt, cereal, coffee... really great. Her father was so sweet, and she was so helpful! She said to go to Osteria Santa Lucia for dinner, and God it was amazing! Really clean. 10/10

Beautiful, new accommodation. The rooms were very clean. Outside area is very pretty. The owners are very sweet :)

The property is in an industrial area, a 10 minutes drive from a city.

Very friendly, Nicolai fullfilled all our wishes for breakfast Great garden and Pool Arena!

The B&B is in the industrial Arena and there is not a lot around

Comfortable apartment in a good location to visit Puglia and Basilicata. Very friendly hosts.

The location, free parking, the staff and their hospitality.

The shower was a problem as it was impossible to regulate the water between boiling and ice cold. Also, there was a problem with the drain.

Everyone was helpful and polite. Whole object was new and clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, same as coffee which Lady of the house was preparing for us.

Excellent hosts who provided lots of help and advice. We enjoyed the pool and all facilities.

LOCATION Indusyrial wasteland. Nowhere to walk to, drive only to Santeramo in Colle 4kms. Property was under renovation per the owner; Photos on Booking .com have been professionally staged- BEWARE= NOT reality! Price double what should be, & we got "genius discount". Building under construction, renovation. Characterless, no effort, outdoor pool area scruffy, Dining room, character less long room with food left out from previous morning. Other half of accommo bldg, looked abandoned & had graffiti on outside, Area not suitable or safe to walk around and very far from town. If you book, don't prepay, go look first as I don't know why anyone would stay here. Owners agreed was "under renovation" asked us if everything alright, we replied NO, staying only one night NOT 4 , as not same as staged photos. Owners agreed for us not to stay remaining 3 nights. Next day refused refund based on they considered us RUDE, what because we didn't like their accommo! Woman owner laughed at us when we left & was talking very loudly about us to the only other guests(? or friends?) Very rude we think.
