Nice modern rooms , breakfast downstairs, good wifi, good airco, high ceilings, comfortable bed, nice little fridge. If you want scrambled eggs for breakfast you have to to go Angioy 3, but we did not need it., Parking in the area is free, we could even park in front of the apartment on the second day. . Distance to city center at a short walking distance. Knowing we had to leave early the host even made a goody bag with some things to eat.

The lock in the front door was difficult to open, as there are some screws about to get loose. Requires a hard push

The parking was perfect, right outside the property. The host was very friendly, apologised for the wait and so upgraded our room. The room was well decorated. The bathroom was beautiful. A nice selection of complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. The breakfast room at the back of the property was like being in the countryside. Walking distance to city centre, about 5-10 mins.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for the host to meet and greet us, but to be fair I should have rung ahead to advise them of our actual arrival time. The bed was a bit short for us and we're not particularly tall!

Just a short and easy drive from the Alghero airport, which was perfect since we arrived quite late. There was free parking on the road next to the hotel. We got an upgrade on the room. Everything was clean and new. Coffee, tea, water and a fridge was free and available in the room. The windows shut out the noise from the street almost completely. Breakfast was good, classic italien. The staff was very friendly. The old city center is just a short walk from the hotel.

The pillows were not so comfortable.

Just outside the main center, this structure is good to visit all Sassari by a short walk. You can also easily find a free parking lot nearby. The structure is comfortable, fully renewed. The rooms are quite big and well equipped and very clean, beds are good. For breakfast you can choose from a good selection of sweeties and fruits. The Owner is a really nice person, he can give you a lot of info regarding the region, we trusted him and we did not fail. Recommended. PS he also has another structure in Sassari, the café bleu Relais, another beautiful structure.

Everithing was good

The accommodation looks even better in reality. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is Italian, more sweets, but we liked it a lot. The host is very friendly. It is a good place to stay if you want to visit La Pelosa, one of the most beautiful beaches. I would totally stay here again🤍.

A very clean apartment that was very clean and comfortable for two persons! Outside are enough free parking spots on the street making it pretty comfortable for people traveling by car. Walking distance to the cit centre and a train station right in front of the hotel! Breakfast was also very charming. Very nice stay in Sassari, thank you!

Everything was nice!

Fantastic location close to the old town - under 10 min walk. Our room at the back was really quiet. Great to have coffee in the garden room area. Parking was on the street and at times hard to find a space so we parked by the university- very close.

It was clean, good A/C, well located for public transportation and the staff was very helpful and kind. We found some hidden local nice places.

That is a bit far away ( by walking ) from social activities/ restaurants/ gathering or lively locations. The area is very quiet in the evenings.

Great hosts, super friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade for our room to business suit, got offered great breakfast and even offered some lovely special treats from season's holiday. There was also coffee and tea available and a winter garden. We enjoyed it

A short walk from the Rail Way Station, the impressive frontage of the building. The room was very well appointed and extremely clean, the breakfast was an open buffet with a reasonable choice the accommodation was very good value for money.
