It was quaint, clean, and warm in a very cold spell. The staff were very helpful. We were very late due to weather and they made sure we got access. A real nice place to stay.

There was nothing to dislike

Very good quality to price relation. Clean and quite. Nice staff. It was 1 night stay, very convenient location to visit Langhe and Alba with Car.

For me no problem, but good to know that there is only Italian breakfast.

The staff were lovely and it was a pleasant and peaceful stay

As we were in December and temperatures were pretty low heating in the room was great.

Cleaneleness could be better, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was poor, only sweet without eggs, bacon and cheese.

Location

Booking says that the hotel has a swimming pool, however, it has not as it is broken. So was disappointed about this.

The owners give a big party without any notification with very loud music till the early hours of the morning

A nice place from 5pm to 7pm Problem is that I book hotel to sleep at night. And not for afternnon nap only.

Could sleep only after 1am Hotel was transformed in open disco for one part of the night More than 30 cars plus one bus to drive this crowd to the hotel i was unlucky to select. I was astonished when coming back from dinner at 22.00. The quiet hotel in country side as mentionned by booking.com had nothing to do with the one i left 3 hours before. 6 loudspeakers in the park and a professional disk jokey with double platines to animate a drunky fiesta for a hundred of customers. I was hostage as payment done before No excuse or explaination in the morning Just a poor breakfast with industrial pastries from discount shop.
