We do not understand why each guest is required to book using their own credit card. We would like to make the reservations for our employees who will be staying at your hotel using the company's virtual credit card, but your property does not accept this method. Instead, you require the reservation to be secured with the credit card of the individual staying at the hotel. From a professional perspective, business trips should allow reservations and payments to be made using a company-owned virtual credit card.

Very close to everything.Reception 24hr, and staff helpful. Comfortable beds.

No balconies. We asked for a room with a balcony, and reception staff said it would be an extra 60 euros per night.! It was expensive enough, so we didn’t bother.There was air con, but they switched it off sometimes during the night, which made it very uncomfortable as you couldn’t open a window! There was a small bar, but no one was ever behind it, so we bought some drinks from the vending machines The bathroom was disappointing with a shower over a bath, which was hard to climb over unless you were tall & fit!!!. We had previously stayed at a 3star hotel in Savona which was so much better.

It was always tidy and they cleaned our room well when we asked. There were enough spaces to put our stuff in and the amenities were abbundant. It wasn't loud outside at night and it was near lots of places to eat with a supermarket, too. Staff was corteous and accomodating

Would prefer if the bathroom doors where different to isolate the sound of water flowing when in use. Would prefer too if the tv could be connected via bluetooth. Nevertheless, we loved the room!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, we stayed in several hotels during our trip, the price was reasonable compared to other hotels we stayed in, it was modern and clean, there was air conditioning throughout the hotel. The room was clean and pretty roomy, there were sky tv channels available and we enjoyed the Italian Harry Potter channel! There is underground parking very close to the hotel and it’s only around €10 a night. The main town, beaches and other sights a quite a walk away but worth it/not to far. There are also some nice restaurants very close too. The staff were very helpful and helped answer our questions, also from what we were told this hotel may be part of a group so I would recommend looking at this brand if you’re travelling in Italy as they give rewards/points.

The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to enjoy other parts of interest. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Very disappointed that the Bar was never open during our stay. The restaurant did not appear to be open either. There were no signs advising. This seemed very strange.

The hotel was clean, the receptionist upgraded me to a junior suite which was quite big and with an amazing balcony. This hotel is right in front of the cruise ship's terminal, surrounded by a number of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was standard, but no service of hot meals like bacon or omelette, but, at the end was good and abundant. Overall, a great choice.

Having an additional quilt available in the cabinet would be good for a 4 stars hotel.

NH Savona Darsena is located into the heart of an high profile urban revamping and it's a valuable part of it with its very nice high-tech architecture, very functional and captivating. Plenty of well designed pedestrian areas around, very close to nice city center thank to the new pedestrian bridge and not too far from railway station too, 1,5 km of nice walk through the whole city center, mostly under porches so that even in the case of heat waves or rain it's easy, and even enjoyable, to get there by feet. Breakfast is excellent, personnel very polite and helpful.

Hotel has been simply perfect, nothing should be changed.

We spent only one night in the hotel with our dog. The apartment was very clean, equipped as it was written in the description of the hotel. The staff is very kind, they took care of everything, fulfilled all our requests and I especially emphasize the wonderful attitude towards our dog. Fantastic! Hotel for every recommendation!

We did not book with breakfast. The rooms are modern and comfortable as you would expect from NH. The public garage next door is easily accessible, though it can fill up quickly. There's a station for refreshments in the lobby that we liked. It's mostly quiet, though pub sounds can be heard at night, but we didn't find it problematic at all. The staff is very friendly.

Speed of free internet is throttled to outdated performance, and mobile internet reception wasn't ideal either. We got along with it, but given the level of hotel prices in 2023, and how our society has evolved, reliable and fast internet is something I expect as a given from ANY hotel except small, private, outdated places in the country-side. If a modern chain-affiliated hotel charges me on reasonable internet, I feel ripped off. - Apart from that, it was really a nice night in Savona. The number of words doesn't equal the influence it had on the overall impression.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and found it to be a great choice, especially for a work trip. The location is very convenient, and everything was clean, simple, and exactly as needed – nothing unnecessary, just comfortable and efficient. A solid option for a short business stay.
