Great staff, very professional, clean, high quality breakfast, and everything you could ask for. Dog was accepted. The view is stunning — I’d stay in Schenna again instead of Merano. The public bus takes you everywhere and it‘s a bit more quiet compared with Merano itself.

Our room didn‘t have an AC. But we also didn’t ask if we could switch to another room as the hotel was pretty booked. Guess this is only an issue during summer.

Amazing food, they have a daily afternoon tea which is free that we didn't know about. There was an outside buffet bbq for dinner which was fantastic with fresh cooked pasta, seafood and loads of veg/salads. The rooms were very large with extra accessories such as toiletries, gowns and slippers. They also provide a tote bag to take down to the pool which was very useful. The view into the valley was beautiful.

No air conditioning in our room type.

The hotel is located in the hilly village of Schena close to Meran. This location offers exceptional views over the surrounding mountains and vineyards. Our room was facing west so sunsets were on the daily menu. :) The rooms are new and spotless. The wellness area is great with very well equipped gym. You can really feel the hospitality of the owners! We have also tried the grill buffet and it was splendid. I honestly recommend this great hotel.

The view was great, the pools were amazing there was a pool inside and one outside,the breakfast was excellent and delicious.loved the rooms very spacious,staff was kind.

The Hospitality was excellent, at arrival we were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and given a tour of the hotel, which was very welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff are all very friendly, with a few of them trying their best to make the stay personalized and meet our expectations. I wish I know their names so I could give them a special mention. They were always positive, service minded and had a good sense of humor. Roger is a great host at the bar. The choices of wine by the glass was extensive and personalized advise was very good. The 5 course menu was very tasty and great price quality, no need to dine anywhere else. They checked many times if we were satisfied and if the timing between the courses was to our wishes. Breakfast perfect and the midday buffet very nice as well. We really enjoyed all the F&B facilities and staff. Sauna was more than excellent; clean, towels provided and not busy at all. The small Gym is a nice addition and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Minor detail but the water and water glasses at reception where not always full/restocked. Also the price for a 0,75l bottle of water €4,50 is a bit overpriced.
