Amedeo is the best!! Great suggestions and overall friendliness. 😊 Comfortable bed… wonderful shower… awesome breakfast… and easy access to Sirolo’s piazza for additional views and food. Francisco and Amedeo were excellent hosts-very funny and helpful. The breakfast was excellent-some of the best selection of fruit for breakfast we’ve ever had. Beautiful location looking over the sea.

Very steep hill made it difficult for Manon walking and me driving-needed Francisco to park my car on arrival.

I booked last minute and this exceeded my expectations. The host was super kind and helpful. Though the location is a bit tricky with car, it all went well. The view from the room and breakfast is amazing. Truly peaceful, you just open the door and watch the sea. Marvellous renovated bathroom with sea-view too.

We loved our stay at this lovely hotel. Amedeo and staff are wonderfully welcoming and the view from the rooms and terrace amazing. The beach is a short walk away and beautiful. If your not up for the walk, the pool is great too. Sirolo is a beautiful little town, we would love to come back.

Amedeo enjoys a joke, but takes running his guesthouse very seriously. The view from the terrace is arguably the best in Sirolo, and while cheaper options exist in the town, Sea View is hard to top for quality. They also make a special effort with breakfast and it was easily one of the best we had on our trip. Each room also has a small private terrace and a fridge regularly restocked with water. En suite bathroom was roomy and clean. The pool was out of action when we visited due to the recent storm, but is another asset normally. It is a short albeit steep walk to the municipal beach and nearby the ones further north. It is also right next to the main square in town and restaurants and amenities.

There really isn't anything to dislike. Parking may be a bit tight, but Amedeo carefully manages it.

need to be improved or maybe a better definition to refresh the rooms proposes to the owners to go to Poland and see what comfort we have now it is amazing how the standard of hotel services is in Poland now

The guesthouse is located on a slope with a beautiful view. Great, caring owner, he told us what to see in the area. Also the ladies who helped with the guests service. Very good breakfast served on the terrace with the sea view.

I think the rooms would be more cozy if there were rugs on the floor next to the beds and decorations on the walls.

Breakfast was delightfully served overlooking the magnificent view of the coastline. The staff were the highlight of our stay...they were very attentive and accommodating and did their best to ensure that all our needs were met. They even provided us with access to a storage unit at the beach to store all our beach belongings during our stay. The property was situated close to the beach and also close to the centre of Sirolo so it was very convenient but without compromising the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Amedeo was so helpful, he assisted us with a memorable restaurant booking on the beach and also with booking long term car parking in Ancona. We were able to park at the property and the breakfast was exceptional
